After just a few years in internet marketing, I became
convinced that selling things that offered recurring
income was the way to go. You know, selling products that
you sell once, and then get paid over and over again, for a
LONG time.

Consequently, I became an affiliate for a web hosting company
named Virtualis, and poured a lot of energy into trying to
sell web hosting, where I actually hung out on a discussion
forum frequented by hundreds of other resellers who all
shared tips with each other. I learned a lot about internet
marketing from that experience, including the fact that
selling a commodity can be fairly challenging.

What I discovered was that if you are going to sell a
commodity, you have to differentiate the product by making
it partly about YOU. The customer buys the product, but they
often buy from the sales person more so than from the company.

I later started selling autoresponders, telecommunications
via an MLM, and a few other products, in the hope of building
that coveted residual income.

I was one of those “internet marketers” who was also a
network marketer. So, I sold a few magic juices, but
eventually stopped selling them because I didn’t really
believe in them, OR because I discovered the generic
versions available cheaper at the local Walmart.

I’m still in MLM incidentally. I’m a distributor for
Send Out Cards, a company that lets you send full-color,
real, personalized greeting cards right over the internet,
CHEAPER than you can send comparable, personalized cards
from the local Walmart. I’ve been with them since 2004, have
built a successful business with them, and will continue
being a distributor, for the foreseeable future.

At the 2010 Send Out Cards Annual Convention, I listen to
a few people discussing having their distributorships
listed as assets in their WILLS. That’s when it sank in that I
had actually built a real business, at SOC, that with minimal
effort, will continue to pay me a regular income for the
foreseeable future.

The other residual income that I have actually built is
from a few membership sites. Membership sites are where
you bring hundreds or even thousands of people together
with a common interest, and they pay a monthly fee for
being a member of the group.

As long as the fee is less than the value that the members
perceive, they will stay, and you will have a dependable
monthly income.

Even a membership site that has only 200 members paying
$20 per month, would be an income of $4000 per month, and
if you didn’t have to put in many hours or much effort
to maintain that site, you could have a nice little
cash cow.

If you had several of these smaller site (as I do) or
even one super-sized membership site, the monthly income
could be enough for you to literally RETIRE on.

The key there, is to not build a job for yourself. So you
need to create a site that’s interactive enough where the
members produce most of the content, grow the site, and
keep each other coming back. If you can manage that, then
you have created a real asset that you could easily sell
some day, or just hand over to a manager or administrator,
to run for you.

I’m aware of several membership sites now that the owners
rarely have to touch, but they chug along making the owners
six or seven figures per year. You have to admit, that’s
really, really nice

Aside from having the right niche (an idea that attracts
enough people willing to pay for group membership) you
also need a reliable platform.

I’ve built sites on four or five different platforms over
the years and ALL of them were headaches. The worse ones
were scripts that someone gave me for free, mainly because
when someone gives you a free script, there is no incentive
to keep updating it, or provide any type of customer
support. If you aren’t selling the script, how can you pay
a tech support team?

The second worse type of scripts were ones where the
developers sold them inexpensively, but weren’t committed
to continuous updates and support. So, they come out with a
new version every two to three years, but in the meantime,
people using the scripts either had to hire programmers to
patch holes that they discover, or they ran their membership
sites on platforms that they knew was VERY insecure.

As I approach my 53rd birthday, I’m proud to say that I’m
actually contemplating retiring from internet marketing…
and spending more time traveling leisurely.

No, I’m not thinking of no longer teaching others, but I
AM thinking of handing off the day-to-day operation of
most of my endeavors to virtual employees, project managers,
etc.

I only plan on doing the things that I enjoy, to include
dropping in on my membership sites regularly (because I
have a bond with the community members), spending a lot of
time doing family things, and working on things that I
feel make a real difference in the world.

I am now moving ALL of my membership sites to the best,
but fairly inexpensive, membership site platform that
I’ve tested in my 15+ years online. That platform is called

I’m building my retirement sites on this platform because
I’ve known the developer of the software for about 4 years,
and have watched Rapid Residual Pro for about two years as
the developer and a TEAM of dedicated programmers and
testers have worked on several versions.

I now consider it “the cats meow” and it meets all of my
needs to include allowing me to offer free memberships,
one-time payment options, and recurring payment
memberships. I can also use a variety of payment processors
including Paypal, AlertPay, Clickbank, etc.

What I LOVE about the payment options, by the way, is that
I can set a sales page up with links to SEVERAL of these
options, and when an affiliate sends a visitor to the
site from a specific processor, the visitor is not shown
the other options.

For example, the page COULD be coded for Paypal, AlertPay
and Clickbank, but if the affiliate uses a Paypal link, the
other buttons wouldn’t show on the page that his referrals
landed on. That’s critical to me because otherwise the
affiliate could lose commissions if he didn’t use the other
processors.

I’ll use this script to power numerous sites that aren’t
really considered “membership sites” but that need a
“sales page,” payment processor, and download page. I’ll
use it for pages set up just for free giveaways or list
building. The software is extremely flexible.

Another reason that I went with this platform is that the
software developer is a marketer, a copywriter, and someone
who has run numerous online and offline businesses. So, he
understands our needs, and he is also really dedicated to his
customers, as you can tell from watching the video that I
shared with you on YouTube.

Anyway, there you have part of my retirement plan. If you
aren’t building a business that you can sell, hand off to
an administrator/manager, or at least scale back on the hours
that you spend running that business, then you’re actually just
building a JOB for yourself.

Diary – $100k In January 2012 – January 22nd, 2012

Welcome to Day 20… the day that I arrived home and got to
play with my impatient new grandchild for the first time
(she was born six weeks early)

This issue is heavily-influenced by feedback that I’m
getting from you guys… especially your wanting to
see more RESULTS!

Up to this point, most of my efforts have been laying the
groundwork for those results… for reasons that I’ll explain
today!

On the airplane on the way home, I actually flowed
out 23 articles in notepad on my iPhone. My wife
would occasionally glance over at my phone, notice the
smile on my face, and ask what I was doing.

After being home for about two hours, and playing
with the baby most of that time, I felt the time
pressures, and started turning those notes into articles.

Here’s the first one that I published:

Pretend Internet Marketing Experts, Dreamers, And Doers

In internet marketing (the niche that I know best)
as well as many other online niches, it’s often
difficult to tell who the genuine experts are.

That’s important because it makes it difficult to know
who to take advice from.

The danger is that you will spend months, or even years,
following the advice of someone who either sells you
his theory, or who just makes up something that sounds
plausible, and doesn’t even care if it’s accurate… as
long as it sells.

Yes, there ARE people who will sell you anything and
don’t care if it works, but I very strongly believe
that they are a tiny minority.

There are also those who believe that you will not
buy their products unless they “fake it until you
make it.” Many of these people may actually have
really good intentions, but since they believe that
they have to pretend to be something that they are
not, they can be a real threat to your success.

The fake it till you make it types often blur the
lines as to what they are actually qualified to teach
you. Their perceived dilemma is that they feel that
they HAVE TO fake it.

Several years ago, in an interview, I asked my friend
and mentor, Rich Schefren, how one overcomes this.
Rich explained that it’s as simple as being your authentic
self. Identify what you ARE qualified to teach, identify
the audience that does want to learn that, and sell to
them.

Rich’s advice really boiled down to merely acknowledging
that your potential audience members are at all different
levels along the learning curve, and you just need to focus
on the ones who need the level of guidance that you are
genuinely qualified to deliver.

The next pretend expert that you need to be aware of
is “the dreamer” who understand on a certain level but
have never DONE anything and therefore isn’t 100%
certain that what they offer to teach you WORKS. They’ve
STUDIED a lot, but they haven’t physically verified
what they believe to be true.

These are you armchair quarterbacks, your armchair
copywriters, and your armchair marketing experts.

I honestly think that many of the armchair experts
are most dangerous to themselves. I’ve encountered
dozens of them over the years who had studied the same
materials that I had, and knew it well enough that they
frequently quoted the same people that I did… and
often even finished my sentences when I tried explaining
something to them.

I say that they were a danger to themselves, because
they never moved beyond the knowing stage into the
implementation stage, so they could never earn a living
even though they understood how! I honestly believe that
they were afraid to actually do something, or they were
dabbling in too many different things to take any one
thing through to completion.

Either way, these are the experts who, based upon being
old-timers who have put in the time learning, should be
very successful. Yet, they are STUCK at just knowing and
won’t acknowledge that they MUST move beyond that.

Then you have the newbie who listens, learns and applies.
Some of them move up the ladder very rapidly, and are at
the top of the “expert ladder” in 1/10th of the time that
others take, and they ARE genuine experts.

Two quick examples of these “doers” are Russell Brunson
and Ryan Deiss.

I remember when Russell was a college student, wrestling,
and then starting to raise a family. He was on the
Warrior Forum, aggressively learning, testing, and DOING.
Not that much later, I could see that Russell had hit
six-figures, and then seven-figures.

I first notice Ryan Deiss in December 2002, when he was
an attendee at the very first seminar that ever attended
(and spoke at). I don’t believe that he was even 20 years
old yet, and he sat there taking and organizing copious
notes. He asked deep, relevant questions.

Ryan has now probably surpassed most of my fellow
speakers who graced the stage during that era. Ryan now
has other very successful guru’s working for his
companies

I’m compelled to warn my readers to be aware of the pretend
experts and dreamers, but I’m equally as compelled to point
out what sets the doers apart!

The “snakes in the grass” will always exist, and part of the
reason that they will even thrive is because of customer
greed. Greed causes people to make very poor choices.

FEAR also causes people to make poor decisions, and I
believe that is what keeps more people who have the
knowledge from becoming doers!

To become one of the successful doers, you have to actually,
REALLY believe that it is possible. Then you have to
believe that it is possible for you.

For me personally, I grew to believe that it was possible,
after spending a lot of time hanging around with, and even
masterminding with, others who actually walked-the-walk.

I grew to believe that it was possible for me after
observing that many of the ULTRA successful people that I
hung around were really quite ordinary in most respects.
I would even dare say that some were of below average
intelligence… and I even know that they would say this
about themselves.

The differences are:

1) You have to give yourself permission to actually become
successful.

2) You need to work on your mindset, because “going big” is
largely mental. Once you have the correct mindset, then it
JUST HAPPENS.

I know this to be true because that has been my experience.
I grew up on government subsistence (welfare) surrounded by
poverty and no real mega-successful role models. I did have
several teachers who lovingly challenged and inspired me.

I had my big breakthrough after hanging around the ultra
successful, and being bathed in their mindset.

They also taught me that the rich and ultra-successful were
not necessarily “evil”

That “flow” started me and many of my friends along a path
that made success destined to happen. It also programmed us
to always be successful even if we occasionally suffer
setbacks… because we now understand the path and have that
essential mindset.

The final ingredient for me was being actually mentored by
an individual who showed me how I was really the ONLY
person who could hold me back, and then how to get out of my
way and allow unimagined success to flow into my life.

That mentor’s name is Brian Ridgway, and he branded his

flawed paradigms, and how by simply examining our world,
you clearly see the mistakes that 99.9% of people are making

Notice that that article is fairly emotionally charged. It’s
very difficult for a person to read the article and not feel
motivated to take some action, even if it’s to fire off an
email to me telling me that they disagree.

I could sense shortly after publishing the article that it
did indeed “piss off” many readers. It had that effect
because it no longer allowed them to blame others for the
results that they’ve gotten in life thus far. Most of the
world tells you that it’s not your fault because they know
that’s what you want to hear. I was deliberately using a
little “tough love!”

People respond to this type of article, they comment on it,
and they share it with others, so this is the type of article
that I will be publishing a LOT of over the next 10 days or
so.

That article is engineered to generate an emotional
under-current that people HAVE to respond to!

I published that article to a tiny list of about 7000 general
internet marketers whom I also felt would “get” that “mindset”
is a major part of the game. It’s what allows you to actually
follow-through with doing the other things that you need to
do in order to have extra-ordinary success.

Developing that mindset and following through DOES often
mean doing things that you are slightly uncomfortable with.
I shared with you earlier that even I have to do that. I
also shared with you my zip lining experience, where I
actually FORCED myself to REPEATELY step off the edge of cliffs,
attached to tiny cables that I didn’t really have that
much faith in. My point was NOT that I was on an exotic
Caribbean cruise, but that I purposely FORCED myself to do
something that I didn’t really want to do, but knew that it
would force me to grow in the direction that I wanted to
move.

In case you missed it, the tactic that I used to keep me
from backing out was to publicly state on my Facebook profile
(and to my wife) that I was going to do something that I
feared. I turned them all into powerful accountability
partners… and it worked!

That article is designed to make people really examine their
online marketing (somewhat bridging the gap between internet
marketing and personal development).

I AM at a tremendous disadvantage in the Personal Development
Niche, and since I’m not known there, needed to create a logical
bridge that people might be willing to step across.

When I’m reading an article, the first question that I
personally ask myself is “What makes this person qualified
to write this article?” I want to know “What makes them an
expert!” If we fail to answer that question in our own
articles, we lose the reader and your article will be largely
a waste of time.

My over-arching goal is… hopefully to get lots of people
re-posting the article, and it’s primary purpose is of course
to get people to check out the Level 5 Mentoring program… where
I’ll earn a commission when people actually benefit from the
free webinar, and because they do benefit, they want the paid
product that goes deeper.

Since the article covers an emotionally charged topic, and I
used the title as my email subject line, I do expect a very
high number of readers.

I will also submit that article to EzineArticles.com and to
IdeaMarketers.com, and will also bookmark it using the tools
that I mentioned to you yesterday.

I’ll share it in the other places already mentioned.

I can see this ONE article generating thousands of visitors
WHEN it goes viral, or gets a lot of commentary from the
right people.

I would also like to explain at this point WHY I
chose personal development or self-help as a niche
to focus on.

First of all, I’m not known AT ALL in the personal
development niche, so I feel that this is a great
test of my methods. I AM starting at the SAME point
that a newbie would be starting at… one of getting
people who don’t know me as an expert in that space,
to listen to me.

Given that people buy from people that they know,
like and trust, that means that I have to figure
out how to get potential customers in that niche to
know, like, and trust me.

Anyone in this situation has two choices… you
can either develop the know-like-and-trust factor,
or you can borrow it.

I chose to do both!

First, I chose to develop it by pushing out a TON
of content that rapidly proves my actual expertise
in this area. Given that I am a newbie in the niche,
that proof has to show that I not only understand
the theory, but that I actually LIVE the principles.

PROVING that I understand and have actually harnessed
the principles is why my writing focuses so much on
my lifestyle. That proves that I live what I’m
teaching day-to-day and as a result, I gain the
benefit… implying if you copy my application of the
principles exactly, then you’ll get the same results.

My readers need to see that I get above-average results
from my applying certain principles. I need to
unequivocally PROVE that.

Given that most authors, in most niches online, generate
little more than a lot of theory, IF I show practical
examples of the application of what I cover, then I can
quickly go from an unknown in the niche to a
much-respected authority

That’s what you need to do too.

YOU, as a subscriber, even have to see my doing that or
you quickly tune out, and don’t stick around long enough
to see how massively effective what I’m doing really
can be.

The second way to get that know-like-and-trust factor,
is to borrow it. That’s where solo ads come in. In placing
solo ads, I’m approaching list owners who already have that
relationship with their list and asking them for a direct or
indirect endorsement.

I also shared with you in an earlier lesson that I’m
actually reaching out to a few friends and asking them
to share my content-rich Facebook posts and events with
their followers.

I’m merely sending them private messages, asking them to
please share a post or Event.

I’m only asking them to do that with content that I feel
that their “Friends” will enjoy or appreciate.

I submit that we ALL have a few close friends that we
can ask a favor of, but also admit that asking favors
of even close friends can feel uncomfortable.

If you want extra-ordinary results you DO have to force
yourself to do things that people willing to live with
ordinary results simply won’t do. I can do that because
I honesty feel that my content is changing lives.

So, I am borrowing credibility. You need to do the
same thing!

You do have friends. They ARE willing to give you a
break especially IF they expect you at some point in
the future to reciprocate.

How well is this working for me?

In the Self-Help Giveaway that I’m using as a case-study,
I’ve moved from not even being in the top 20 (based on
over-all referrals), to where I expect to be in the top 5
VERY soon, and then to fight my way into the top three,
where I WILL earn a free solo mailing in my new niche…
with the #1 position offering that solo mailing to 250,000.

You may feel that you DON’T need a “pep talk” but I hope
that you do see that it’s worth the monumental effort, and
that after you make that initial monumental effort, that
the rest can simply fall in place.

I entered a new niche, made a monumental effort doing
things that I feel slightly uncomfortable with, and after
30 days, I should actually have made over $100k, largely
from soft-selling a product in my new niche, and from
leveraging the credentials of others who are long
established in that space.

I am going up against GIANTS in that space, and because
I am willing to do more, I will prevail, but I will be
doing things that you CAN do too.

My focus the rest of the journey is on buying solo ads
(buying endorsements), but even there, I’m largely
spending money earned from other efforts that I shared
with you in previous lessons.

I have arranged 32 solo ads that will start running as
early as today. For each of those ads, I am using a
unique tracking url, so that I know where my results
came from, and I will share that with you (unless I
was specifically prohibited by the ad seller for some
strange reason).

In the last lesson, I showed you how to set-up for this
solo ad barrage with as little as $25… but that… starting
with that little meant that it would take a few days longer.

Now, thanks to your patience as I laid the framework,
you’ll get to watch it all unfold, and even be able to
use my EXACT solo ad sources if you choose to, and if you
act fast. Of course, over 1200 others will be reading
these same notes, so if you are not fast, you may be in
for a bit of a wait.

Moving forward, I’m going to make the lessons less
verbose, since hopefully by this time, you’ve gotten
the mindset part.

I will add that this IS all an inexact science. There is
a lot of testing and tracking involved, and even the top
marketing experts have to admit that the outcomes are not
always exact.

In fact, in a recent discussion, a friend shared with me
a conversation that he had with a guy who has often
billed himself as “the godfather of internet marketing.”
He shared that this guy taught him that email marketing
is hit and miss. It’s a matter of market-to-message-to-
medium match.

Even at “the very top” this guy sends out mailing some
days that produce a mere trickle of orders, and other
days he hits on just the right combination, and hundreds
of orders flood in.

He tries to be scientific about it but has discovered that
if he keeps making little tweaks, and keeps mailing, that
in the long run, he has a lot of home-runs but even more
singles

In that market-to-message match, I believe that the most
critical ingredient is the words that you use to connect
with your audience one-to-one, and that no one has an
advantage over you in that arena, because it’s an actual
bond/connection “felt” between two individuals.

When you step on the platform, you anticipate zipping
across a valley, looking down on rainforests and rivers,
and coming to rest on the next platform over, where
you unhook, hook up to the next cable, and do it again.

I spent about 30 minutes yesterday, zipping between
nine of these towers, doing something that I was
actually VERY afraid of doing.

You see, even thought I spent a 20-year career in the
U.S. Air Force, flying C-130 aircraft, I don’t really
care for heights, and am definitely NOT a thrill-seeker.

My mentors, some of them worth hundreds of millions of
dollars, and one worth billions, taught me that the key
to achieving more was stepping outside your comfort zone.
Allowing yourself to be a little uncomfortable FORCES
you to grow!

I was also trained back in college, where I earned
money during summer breaks, by selling books door-to-door
that “successful people do things that unsuccessful people
don’t like to do.”

The reality is that many of those things are also things
that even successful people don’t like to do. For example,
successful door-to-door salesmen had to train themselves
to relish getting past the inevitable “nos” to get to
the “yeses.”

So, I became convinced that unless I was willing to
stretch “a little” and do some things that ordinary
people back down from… I could never achieve all of
the things that I really want in life.

You can’t either!

If you’re only willing to do things that average people are
willing to do, then you can only get the results that
average (ordinary) people get.

I don’t know about you, but I choose to be EXTRA-ordinary!

An example, is that I set an 8-figure goal for myself
this year. I set a 7-figure goal for myself in February
2012. My January 2012 goal is a tiny bit lower, but only
because I knew that I’d be on an 8-day cruise where I
wouldn’t be able to work on things that I needed to get
done much of the time.

Even then, I challenged myself to PROVE to those who
follow what I’m doing that a six-figure annual income
is not only a reasonable goal, but that a six-figure
MONTH was even achievable.

I further challenged myself to do that by using assets
and tactics that ANYONE who has internet access can use!

That was the harder part of accepting the challenge.

Making the decision to accept that challenge, was no
more difficult than looking out across a valley, and
realizing that if you choose to cross it strapped to a
thin cable, you are suspended hundreds of feet above
the ground at times…. and then simply choosing to
step off the platform.

As I approached the second platform, and stepped onto
something solid, then hooked up to the next cable,
making the decision to step off again felt somewhat
easier, and by the time I had done it five or six
times, it because “almost easy.”

Accepting the challenge to generate $100,000 in the
month of January 2012, while letting you watch over
my shoulders is actually just an easy a decision.

And so, I invite you to watch what I’m doing, and if
you are serious about unshackling from self-imposed
limitations, I invite you to copy what I’m doing.

You don’t need to copy everything that I’m doing, but
even if you copy a portion of what I’m doing, and
openly sharing with you, your life will be transformed.

In mid-December 2011, I “decided” that I was going to
make 2012 my best, most-profitable year ever. By
December 31st, I had solidified that “decision” a little
more and decided that January would be used to set in
motion a year that was a minimum of “8-figures!”

In making that decision, I decided to use two bodies of
knowledge. One was what I had learned from Dan Kennedy
of a concept he called “The Phenomenon.” Dan pointed out
that many businesses go through a growth spurt somewhere in
their business life-cycle where they experience more growth
in a 12-month period than they did in the preceding entire
12 YEARS. Dan also teaches that you can trigger that
phenomenon at will.

After studying Dan’s teachings at length, I decided to
implement EXACTLY what he teaches.

The second body of knowledge, was the teachings of my
good friend, Brian Ridgway, in something he calls “Level 5
Training.” Brian teaches that, as energetic beings, we
have within us the capability to align ourselves in any
way that we choose with other “things” in this universe
of energy. Those things can include wealth, health, and
happiness.

“Money” is nothing more than a form of that energy…
nothing more than a concept really.

After tuning in several times to a free webinar that Brian
offered, and then deciding to go deeper into his teachings by
going through a 9-week series of weekly webinars, I fully
understood how to do something that people had been trying
to teach me all of my life. I understood how to simply get
out of my own way and allow abundant success, health,
wealth, rich relationships, and happiness to flow into my life.

While out for a walk early the morning of January 2nd,
2012, an idea was born – one that had probably been
incubating for a while.

I had tuned in to the discussion on a very popular online
forum, the Internet Marketing Warriors” a lot lately, and
noticed that the prevailing belief seemed to be that not
only were most of them not making very much money, but
most of them didn’t really believe that it was possible.

On the morning of January 2nd, fully unleashing Brian’s
training, I decided to show my fellow Warriors just how
simple it is to earn more money than most of them honestly
believed was possible. I went back to my desk and
wrote a “Warrior Special Offer” where I told them that
in the month of January 2012, I would generate a minimum
of $100,000 and that I would record everything that I did
AS I did it, and send them daily email updates allowing
them to sort of “watch over my shoulder.”

I elected to do this on the Warrior Forum because I have
been an active member of that forum for over a dozen years.
I have over 10,000 posts there, where I have freely shared
my thoughts with a vibrant community that I feel a strong
connection to.

I did charge $27 for the privilege of getting these daily
updates. I charged for this because experience has taught
me that people really don’t appreciate things that you give
them for free, but paying even a small price means that since
they have some “skin in the game” they pay closer attention.

I posted this offer, and people immediately started taking
me up on it, so I had to get busy writing those emails as
I went about my routine of creating sales, BUT I promised to
share with my fellow Warriors things that any of them can
do.

You see, I acknowledge that with over 15 years of internet
marketing experience, I am definitely NOT your average
internet marketer. So, in order to make the exercise
meaningful for those following along, I had to consciously
focus on doing things that any of them could do.

By January 5th, I realized that I had made a big mistake
in that I had not invited my fellow Warriors, and even members
of my Facebook community, to become affiliates and to earn
money by helping to focus attention on my Warrior Special
Offer. So I went back and tied my WSO into an affiliate
management system called WarriorPlus.

What WarriorPlus does is allow people to not only become
affiliates for my product, but to earn instant commissions
paid directly to their Paypal accounts. I considered the
instant payment feature important because I knew that many
of my potential affiliates, just like the larger general
population, were feeling the pinch of the economic recession.
Given a choice, they would rather have any money they can
earn paid INSTANTLY, rather than having to wait weeks or
even a month or more.

So, I set up my affiliate program, and announced in several
places that it was open and paid an instant 50% commission or
$13.50 per sale. Without too much effort, I quickly
recruited 30 or so affiliates including some who instantly
started generating sales.

As word spread, sales started increasing and I realized that
the WSO itself could very easily generate $100,000 in sales,
but that was NOT the $100,000 I would emphasize in my
30 days of updates.

By January 8th, I had gotten so much positive feedback, that
I realized that I was CREATING a million dollar launch right
in front of everyone’s eyes, and that all aspects of the
launch were creating themselves in synch!

I instantly noticed for example that since I had already
announced that I was going to sell the product that I was
creating over the course of approximately 30 days, for a
price of $197, when it was finished, that conditions began
to instantly align to make that not only easy to do, but to
also turn that very launch into a million dollar launch.

I do plan on supplementing the email notes that I write
during the 30-day period with audios, videos, PDF’s,
and other supporting materials. So this course showing
how I generated the “magical” six figures that so many
people aspire to… in a single month, will certainly be worth
$197.

Doing some quick calculations, I realized that at $197 per
copy, I only need to sell 5,077 copies to generate
$1 million. Rolling it out as an affiliate product, means
that I’ll end up paying 50% on many orders to other.

However, I would expect to make maybe 10% of those sales
myself. So if I pay 50% commission on the other 4569 sales,
I would end up with only $550,063. That would be 100% on
the 508 copies that I sold at $197, plus 50% on the 4569
copies that others sold… with some rounding in there
to make the math simpler.

That $550,063 is before expenses and taxes, so don’t feel
envious yet

In looking at a launch, and the associated expenses, one of
the biggest ones that the launch’s success depends upon is
strong sales copy that is filled with irrefutable,
third-party proof. People are naturally skeptical of what
I say about my own product, but if members of their own
community tell them how good it is, then the battle is
95% won.

By January 8th, I was getting so many positive comments
on the training, that could easily be incorporated into the
sales letter (many easily supplemented with video
testimonials), that the sales letter HAS essentially
written itself.

A “million dollar sales letter” has literally written
itself when I simply stepped out of my own way and allowed
it to happen.

Most online product launches fail to be massively successful,
or even moderately successful, because they fail to get
enough affiliates interested, and so they never gain enough
launch momentum.

That’s where a good joint venture broker can help, and I’ve
trained and certified a dozen of them that I can recommend
to you

Since I will eventually have literally thousands of people
who have already gone through my training, I won’t have
that problem BECAUSE they will all know the high quality
of my materials intimately, so when offered the opportunity
to promote the $197 product at 50% commission, I expect
more than enough people to needed to create a million-dollar
launch to step forward and say yes,

So, what you are witnessing right before your eyes is a
self-fulfilling prophesy. I do have to deliver on the
promise to show them how I’m generating $100,000 doing
things that they can easily do, but as you can tell from reading

MOST current subscribers who have shared an opinion, actually
feel that I’m already over-delivering.

For those who “get it,” I am not only generating over
$100,000 in profits during a month when I’ll spend eight
day out “goofing off” on a Caribbean cruise, but I’ll set up
for my first of many million-dollar months.

Actually, what I have already set in motion is the beginning
of numerous million dollar months, and many
multi-million-dollar months.

When you watch it unfold from my vantage point, you’ll see
that this whole internet marketing thing in not really a
bunch of hype and BS. Yes, that is rampant in our niche, but
that’s why I’m documenting what I do

Going back to how I started to set this whole thing in
motion… I met Brian Ridgway on the Marketers Cruise in
January 2011, and we connected on a spiritual level. I could
sense that we viewed many aspect of the world in the same
way. So when Brian approached me with his idea to share his
teachings with millions, and eventually hundreds of millions,
I actually dropped much of what I was doing to focus on
helping Brian to launch Level 5 Mentoring.

Fast-forward to a year after I first met Brian in-person,
