What Smart LOCAL Business Owners Are Saying About The Video Product I Showed You…

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Steve Clark is the Independent Business Advisor who honchos the
local Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle chapter. We meet the
last Tuesday of each month in Navarre, Florida. If you need an
invite just let me know… here:
http://WillieCrawford.com/helpdesk/

Steve runs a business where he coaches/trains sales people and
local business owners. His clients are SERIOUS serial
entrepreneurs. Steve’s site is at: http://NewSchoolSelling.com

Steve is a consumate tester and really understands marketing. So
when I saw his email on Jason Anderson’s new, very limited
membership site, offering custom studio quality videos, I
thought that I’d better remind you to get on the waiting
list.

Jason really can only handle about 500 members because his staff
will make each video from scratch, for each member. So, don’t
drag you feet on this one… PLEASE!

Here’s Steve’s email which will kick up some dust. I’ve plugged
in a tracking url so that Steve can tell I’m talking about him.
Hopefully, he’ll buy me lunch :-)

Hi Willie,

Here is a quick heads up about something I just found out
about….

Video has really been getting a lot of buzz lately, hasn’t it?

If you’re not using video in your marketing campaigns…you’re
simply not maximizing your options, conversions, or sales and
you ARE missing the boat.

Even though you “can” make your own videos, I’d be willing
to bet that you’re not doing as many as you would like to.
I know I’m not….

It’s time consuming. It can be complicated too. In fact,
I’ve produced many of my own videos but they never quite turn
out exactly the way I would like. I mean, they just don’t have
that pizzaz that can get from a professional videographer.
Yeah…I know it’s something I can learn, but frankly, it’s
just not my strength and not something I have a lot of time to
commit to.

Well…take a look at what I just discovered:

http://timic.org/Steve

iFlash Video produces 100% CUSTOM video productions with voice
over and for a very limited time, they are opening a private
members area for people like you and I to get studio quality
promotional videos for crazy cheap…I’m talking under 50
bucks.

These are the SAME quality video productions that regular
“brick and mortar” businesses pay thousands of dollars to
have produced…and that’s certainly not hype. In fact, iFlash
Video currently works with Ad Agencies and Independent business
consultants on a Private Label basis. These agencies outsource
the video production tasks to iFlash Video and then presents
these video commercials to businesses who pay them anywhere from
$800-$2500 for the commercial.

But that’s a whole different story in itself. I just wanted
you to know that they are the real deal when it comes to video
production. Take a look at what they’re putting together.
Once you see this video, I’ll be willing to bet that you’ll
be on the waiting list just like I am.

http://timic.org/Steve

Like I said, I’ve done tons of videos on my own but never any
with this kind of quality and attention to detail.

I can’t wait for this to open up. I recommend that you check
this out and get on the waiting list too. When they open up
their private membership it will only be open for 4 days
starting Feb 16th…after all they are custom crafting all of
these video productions from scratch. They can literally only
take on so many clients.

http://timic.org/Steve

Steve Clark

P.S. These guys are opening up their doors to their private
members area on Feb 16th. Thousands of people are being
invited but they are only accepting a few hundred people. I
highly recommend you get on this waiting list. It will do
wonders for your business.

A Rare Insider Interview With Peter Drew, Creator Of The Brute Force SEO Software

Tuesday, February 9th, 2010

I interviewed Peter Drew, creator the Brute Force
SEO software back in December, 2009.

I had trouble hearing/understanding Peter during the
interview and understand that he had trouble
hearing/understanding me too.  So I didn’t release
this audio at first, but after doing  some heavy editing,
to improve the sound quality, I realized that this was
simply too valuable to NOT share with you!!!

I did find the MP3 easier for me to understand when
I listen with my headset or ear plugs! So, you may
want to do the same.

You may download the MP3 directly by clicking the
link at the bottom of this post. I won’t force you
to join any type of list.

I DO ask you to register for a free trial of the
software here: http://timic.org/bruteforce

and THEN download the free MP3.

In this interview I asked Peter some fairly tough
questions and things we covered included:

Discussing automation and why you should use software
to do  your SEO.  How software can be much “smarter”
than users who doesn’t need the understanding and
experience.  Know-how is programmed right into the
software.

Peter once had 5000 software generated websites…
back in the AdSense hey-day!

Peter’s Mom was making too much from AdSense (based
upon what he taught her) and it threatened to affect
her pension,  so she had to scale-back :-)

Peter has been creating software for online marketers
since 1995.

Peter once had the ability to send messages to any
of 40 MILLION ICQ users!  They once sold affiliate
product via ICQ and was constantly in the Top 5 for
any product that they jumped on! That’s where Pete’s
team honed their skills in software development!

They could even send ICQ messages sorted by country,
gender, and age :-)

The ICQ software product was strictly used in-house!

People approached Pete during the AdSense hey-day
because he was having such phenomenal success, and
that’s where those in the Internet marketing niche
(insiders) got to know him.

Peter discover processes that worked and his
programmer, Max, developed software to automate
those processes… and things just grew from there!

What common mistakes are people making in their
SEO?

What are the two MAIN things people need to
understand before they even start refining their
SEO?

What constitutes a great keyword phrases… and
what’s the best way to determine the competition
for a given keyword phrases.

How to instantly identify which niches and keywords
will be  incredibly tough to rank for  and therefore
not generally worth focusing on… when there are
many easier pickings!

What’s THE big key to effective backlinking?
How do you want to structure these backlinks?

Why you should NOT use automated tools to check
your rankings!

How to use article directories to gauge if you’ll
be able to get a top ranking on a given keyword
phrase.

How does Brute Force SEO work, what does it
actually do?

How to make your outsourcing staff 10 times more
productive!

Video tutorials and PDF’s are also available that
explain how to use Brute Force SEO but in the
process teach you some valuable SEO tips.

What is The SEO Fight Club and how do you get in?

Why search engines, directories, etc. don’t even
know that submissions are being made by the
Brute Force software… rather than a person!

“Brute Force SEO Automated What Humans Can Do -
Nothing More, Nothing Less!”

How Is Brute Force SEO EVO2, Different From The
Original Brute Force SEO? How is it 1000 times
stronger?

How does Brute Force SEO benefit sites posted
to?

How to TOTALLY dominate in local listings using
Brute Force SEO, and the best strategy to use!

Why and how Brute Force SEO allows you to test
different markets, and keywords that you wouldn’t
normally bother with.

How should long-tail keywords and LSI figure
into your efforts.  How does targeting less
competitive keywords provide LEVERAGE in a way
that most people are totally unaware of?

He swapped a relative new domain for an expensive
camper trailer.   Listen to the interview and
see how :-)

The interview is really good, and I’ve actually
listened to it several time in the past 2 days. I’m
also having it transcribed, now that I’ve made
the audio easier to understand!

So, first register for the free trial of Brute
Force SEO EVO2 at http://timic.org/bruteforce

It IS important that your register for the free trial
first.

Then download the MP3 recording of the interview here:
http://timic.org/DirectDownload

I guarantee you’ll be blown away!

How To Get Some Of The Best Interviews EVER 100% Free

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

I have a quick proposition for you that I’m sure will pay off
BIG TIME over the next few months, and make 2010 your best year
ever.

Like most people, you must realize that one of the biggest
things missing from your web business is just enough of the
right people visiting your website.

I don’t have that problem. In fact, for my top end products,
which are website optimization and coaching for offline
businesses, I actually have to turn away customers.  I am
very selective which customers I accept into those programs
because I don’t want to just create a job for myself that I’ll
end up hating.

I only work with clients that I know that I’ll enjoy working
with.  I only do the things that I enjoy doing.  Life is too
short to do otherwise :-)

Anyway, what I want to pay you to do is to take a FREE trial
of the system that I use to generate an incredible amount of
organic (free) website traffic both for myself, and for my
clients!

If you’ll test-drive the system, I’ll reward you by giving
you free access to 10 MP3 interviews that I did with leading
search engine optimization and traffic generation experts.

These aren’t “pretend experts” who read a few  ebook and now
teach what they read in those often inaccurate ebooks.

These aren’t “has been experts”… people who did something YEARS
ago, and now peddle info products teaching what they did back
then… things that probably don’t even work any longer.

These aren’t rehashed, OLD interviews that I bought off someone,
or pulled from some ancient archive.

No, these interviews are so fresh that 3 of them are still at
my audio editor. I recorded 1 of those this morning (January 27th)!

These are ordinary people running regular online businesses,
who figured things out, and then allowed me to pick their
brains.

To get these 10 MP3 audio interviews all you need to do is
test drive the system that I use to generate website traffic.
You can do that 100% free here: http://timic.org/test-drive

After you’ve registered for the free test-drive, just drop
by here: http://timic.org/10FreeMP3s and grab the MP3’s.
It’s that easy, simple, and it’s all automated.

In case you’re wondering what’s covered in the interviews,
it’s:

1) A SEO expert who walked away from a multi-million dollar
offline business to have more family time and now does VERY
well selling affiliate products, and setting his clients up
with leading-edge traffic generation systems. He shares a
lot of fringe SEO tactics that most people aren’t talking
about because they don’t know them!

2) An affiliate program manager who uses SEO tactics that she
developed to make her products mega-successful and make it
incredibly easy (and fun) for affiliates to promote.

3) Two master networkers/joint venture experts who use SEO
to drive massive traffic to projects that they are working
on… in advance of, and in conjunction with affiliate
promotions.  By the time the affiliates give prospects that
final nudge, they are already salivating for the products.

4) A master of content marketing, who uses articles, videos,
etc., in some very innovative ways, and spends very little
time doing it because he’s very systematic about it.

5)  A real estate investor who uses a stealth SEO tactic to
totally dominate the search engines for numerous very
competitive keywords.

6)  A copywriter and SEO expert who leverage automation to
do in a matter of minutes what it would take most people a
week to do… and he does it all ethically, and in a way
that makes the search engines fall in love with his sites.

7)  A physicist who looked at what was working in his SEO
and developed a very scientific yet easy method of ranking
highly in the search engines. He takes all of the guesswork
out of SEO, so you know what results you’ll get in advance.

8)  An under-the-radar affiliate marketer who often out-sells
well-known marketers in his niche who have bigger lists,
busier websites, and better name recognition.  He proves that
you don’t need to be a guru to earn six or even seven figures
as an affiliate markets.

9) Outsourcing Your SE.  Learn for the KING of outsourcing
everything that you need to know to get all of those things
done that you ABSOLUTELY HATE DOING… and you can get very
educated and caring people to do this work dirt-cheap.

10)  SEO to help local offline businesses dominate
in the niche.   Learn how to get local brick-and-mortar
businesses to the top of the search engines where LOCAL
customers will find them in the search engines. This is an
entire industry, and when you hear what this insider reveals
you’ll fall out of your chair… researching how you can
tap into this market!

*** Plus I have a few extra MP3’s thrown in for good measure :-)

My goal is 2-fold…

To get you to take a system that I use practically every
day for a test-drive. That’s  at: http://timic.org/test-drive

2) To cut through the SEO clutter, hype and mis-information
by having real people share with you what they’re doing. After
registering for the free trial of Brute Force SEO, you can
grab those interviews at:   http://timic.org/10FreeMP3s

After listening to the interviews I do want your feedback
since I’m planning on rolling those interviews out as a
stand-alone, for-sale product within the next month.  A that
point, the page offering them as a bonus will be pulled.

Don’t miss out.

Thanks for listening.

Internet Marketers - These Are The Customer You Should Be Focused On!

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

Internet Marketing Consultants, Here Are Your Best Customers
Copyright 2010 by Willie Crawford

I attended a Joel Christopher “Master List-Builder” Workshop
in 2003 and heard Marlon Sanders explain something to the
attendees that took many years to sink in.

Marlon explained that the reason many Internet marketers were
failing miserably was because they were trying to sell the
wrong product, to the wrong people. Marlon pointed out that,
no matter how hard you try, you can’t be successful when that
is your model.

The way Marlon explained it was the he yelled “Dead ducks
don’t quack.” I understood what he was saying, but still
failed to embrace the success formula that Marlon and many
other speakers spelled out. That formula is that you need to
sell what people want, to people who are capable and willing
to pay for it.

Most failing online marketers, and Internet marketing
consultants STILL fail to fully embrace that simple, proven
formula.

Most of the Internet marketers that I’ve know for years, and
see frequently at seminar and conferences are real Internet
marketing experts. They have studied the craft enough to
intuitively know what works and what doesn’t.

They understand important topics such as copywriting,
search engine optimization, lead capture, automated follow-up,
and publishing an electronic newsletter, better than 99% of
offline business people who also have a website.

People operating brick-and-mortar businesses understand that
their customers often turn to the Internet for solutions to
their problems. They understand that if that person trying
to solve a problem comes across their website, he’d see that
they had the obvious best solution.

These offline business people understand how to run a
successful offline business, but they often have no idea
how to best tap into the millions of ideal customers looking
online for the solution that they sell.

These offline businesses spend a fortune on advertising,
often spending $5000 or more per month on a yellow pages ad,
and they often feel that the ad is probably not producing
much benefit. Yet, it’s what they know how to do, so they
budget for that yellow page ad each year.

Here’s the rub…

You know how to use the Internet to actually solve their
problems. You know how to set up lead capture pages, test
and track, and automate much of the customer follow-up.

You know that if your testing and tracking shows that a
given ad (a webpage) isn’t working, they should change that
webpage, and they should keep changing it until the find a
combination that works.

With that yellow pages ad, once the directory is printed,
they are STUCK with that ad for a year. Once a television
commercial is show, and being aired, it’s very expensive to
go in and change it.

So, you and that offline business person who need your
expertise, are a match made in heaven. You merely need to
explain to him that you can get better results and that
the results that you product are 100% trackable and
verifiable.

You merely need to ask that offline business person to
allocate some of those advertising dollars that he was
wasting on their that he KNEW in his heart weren’t working
to your Internet marketing consulting services.

This extremely powerful. So powerful that when I finally
embraced what Marlon taught me back in 2003, and stopped
trying to make dead ducks quack, life got a lot more
profitable, and pleasant.

So how do I personally harness what I just shared with you?
I go to local business meetings, such as my local chamber
of commerce, and I explain what I do.

When interested parties come up to me after the formal
portion of a meeting is over with I do something else
that most internet marketers understand. I offer a risk
reversal. Like you, I know that if I can get that business
owner to invest $1000 - $5000 per month (merely
reallocating money he’s already spending) then I can get
him measurable results.

I can easily boost a local companies search engine ranking
for example. I can easily build them a database (via a
lead capture webpage), follow up with those prospects
automatically via autoresponder, and convert many of them
into longterm customers.

To build myself a stable, predictable income, I can offer
these clients a monthly website maintenance contract.

To avoid just creating another JOB for myself, I can
outsource 95% of the actual labor, paying my contract
workers a fraction of the fees that I collected from
the client, and I keep the rest.

I am rewarded handsomely as an Internet marketing
consultant because I do target the right customer. I am
rewarded handsomely as an Internet marketing consultant
because finally “got it” and stopped try to make dead ducks
quack.

Do you “get it” or are you still trying to sell to people
who don’t want your product, can’t afford your product, or
are unwilling to pay what you know it’s worth. Are you
still trying to get a quack out of that duck.

Stop it today. You are a professional Internet marketing
consultant, with a wealth of valuable knowledge. Start
offering it to customers who want it, can afford YOUR
prices, and are willing to pay for it. Start offering
your services as an Internet marketing consultant (a
true professional) to local offline businesses who are
looking for your solutions.

From Number 160 In Google To Number 36 (Out of 150 MILLION) In 10 Days…

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

10 days ago, I decided that I wanted to brand myself
more as an Internet Marketing Consultant rather than
the type of Internet marketer many of us think of when
we hear that term

Basically, I’m dramatically shifting my focus from
the “how to make money” crowd, to consulting with
local offline businesses.

I’ve written about that a lot lately… how it’s
just smarter to go with where the money is. Local
offline businesses understand that they have to
spend on promoting in order to grow their businesses.
They budget for it, and see not spending money on
advertising a business as the quickest way to be OUT
OF BUSINESS.

With my shift in focus, I’m not abandoning the
serious students of online marketing who wants to know
what I’ve learned over the past 13 years… much of
it through “the school of hard knocks.” I’m just
asking them to allow me to guide them in a group
setting by becoming part of The Internet Marketing
Inner Circle
.

I spend several HOURS many day at the member-only
discussion forum inside TIMIC… brainstorming on
the forum, but also answering DOZENS of private
messages. My members bounce a LOT of ideas off of
me. I’ll continue to do that because I enjoy watching
people succeed… especially if I feel like I had a
part in it.

Anyway, in preparation for marketing my services to
offline businesses, I thought that it would be neat
to get in the top 10 at Google for the term
“Internet Marketing Consultant” without the quotes.

If you Google that term, you get about 150 MILLION
results, so showing a client that you’re in the top
10 WOULD be impressive.

When I first checked 10 days ago, I was at 160…
hardly impressive, though still pretty high up
percentage-wise.

So what I did was make just a few changes to my home
page’s title and description meta-tags, and then
increased the number of external, high PageRank sites
pointing to me, with many of them using the term
Internet Marketing Consultant as the anchor text.

That’s literally ALL that I did to go from number 160
to number 36. It dances around a little but has
steadily crept up over the past 10 day.

Here’s the tool that I used to get lots of backlinks
almost effortlessly ==>> http://timic.org/backlinking

I’m sharing what I’m doing with you because I’m
dedicated to helping you succeed. So when I find
something that works amazingly well, I’ll point it
out to you. I’m not worried about competition because
many of my clients actually come from referrals, and
me networking at local Chamber of Commerce meeting,
and other gatherings of local business people

Here’s the blueprint that I use in servicing my local
client, to include where/how I outsource much of the
actual work ==>> http://timic.org/blueprint

I actually don’t work very hard anymore. Instead I
just work smarter. I don’t want to create a JOB for
myself, I want to create a lifestyle… and I’m well
on my way :-)

Anyway, check out what I’m doing, and watch me
continue to gradually move up in the rankings :-)

Also ask yourself, if you could go to local offline
customers, and achieve the same kind of search engine
results that I just showed you, do you think that they
would happily be your client, on a monthly maintenance
contract for many YEARS :-)

Isn’t it time that you actually started working smarter,
not harder?

Please Read - How To Actually Make 2010 Very Different From 2009

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Late last year, I examined all of the activities that I was
involved in online and decided to make a drastic change. Now,
I want you to benefit from the change that I made.

I decided that, after 13 year in Internet marketing, I no longer
wanted to market your typical “Internet marketing products.”
Many of these products Do work, don’t get me wrong, but most
people who buy them never stick with one thing long enough to
see any meaningful results. They’re constantly chasing the
next shiny thing.

I guess I became somewhat disillusioned because it felt too much
like I was “selling the dream.”

At the same time, with 13 years of personal Internet marketing
experience, plus the endless hours I’ve spent brainstorming with
mentors and peers, I felt that it would be a waste to not pass
that knowledge on.

Back in 2006, I started a membership site, which I named “The
Internet Marketing Inner Circle
.” I’ve decided to focus ALL of
my teaching of Internet marketing inside that site, mostly on
our very popular member-only discussion forum.

In fact, in December, I proposed a number of group project to
our members where we jointly produce a product, jointly
market the product, and rotate sales among project participants.
Not all of our members are great sales people, but they have
other talents that contribute just as much to the success of a
project. Not all of our members are comfortable creating or
launching a product on their own… hence I offered to help
orchestrate numerous group projects.

This is actually moving forward nicely, and I’m sure will add a
lot of joy and satisfaction to my year. It gives my Internet
marketing more meaning and purpose than promoting affiliate
product that people aren’t going to use. Inside The Internet
Marketing Inner Circle, we hold each other accountable, and push
each other to not procrastinate, but to get projects finished,
and to get products onto the market.

With many of these projects, we’ll rotate sales, with instant
Paypal payments to project participants. There’s nothing like
getting those Paypal notifications to pump you up.

Anyway, that’s part of my thrust for 2010, and I do want you to
be a part of it. You can get a trial membership in TIMIC for
only $1. That will allow you to look around, say hi to other
members and see what we’re all about. After the trail period
there is a nominal monthly membership fee. Our members
consider their memberships WELL worth it.

To join us right now, just visit http://timic.org

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and the link to the $1 trial
is the last link on the page.

———————

My other major change in 2010 and beyond is in WHO my
primary market is. If you’ve been online for more than six
months, you have all of the knowledge and skills necessary
to easily earn a six-figure income.

One of the things that my mentors taught me was to go to where
the money is. That is, offer your goods and services to people
who want them, can afford them, and are willing to pay for
them.

Most Internet marketers don’t follow that formula.

I do, and let me tell you how…

Over the past year and a half, I’ve spent more time networking
with local area business people. I’m an active member of the
Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. I’m also very active
in the local Glazer-Kennedy Insider Circle chapter. So, active
that at one recent meeting 90% of the invited guests were
people that I had invited :-)

Here’s why that is important…

Local business people in my area, and in your area, are
suffering. The recession has hit many of them hard, and they
are looking for more effective way to drive business through t
their doors. The thing is, tactics and techniques that you, as
an Internet marketer largely take for granted can make a huge
difference in their businesses.

Something as simple as adding a lead capture form on their
website, or adding the proper long-tail keyword to the title
and description metatags on their webpages, can easily triple
the business generated from the internet for them.

Some of these businesses spend $5000 or more per month on
just yellow page advertising. They don’t even know if it’s
working, but it’s a part of their budgeted operating cost.

The sad thing is that these businesses buy that yellow
page ad for the year, and if it doesn’t work (provided they
even know how to track results) there’s no way for them to
change the ad. You point out to them they can easily test
and track their online results, and change things as often
as they need to.

You and I can step in and get them to just shift some of the
funds that they already have budgeted to us, and we do the
things that we already do day-in and day-out to actually
help them improve their businesses.

However, my model is not for me to go out and get a bunch of
web design and SEO work, and then go back to my office and
“knock out” those jobs.

NO, I define what needs doing, get a signed contract that
includes ongoing monthly maintenance, and then I outsource
the actual labor to people who are better at it than I am.
I pay them maybe half of what I collect and I keep the
difference… and I do this month after month.

Can you see how easy this can be and how even the rank
beginner can do it?

If you wanted to, you could even hire commissioned
sales people (that you only pay when they produce results)
to go out and find customers for you. I don’t do that
because as I’ve already pointed out, I spend a lot of time
networking with my ideal customers anyway.

I’m inviting you to do what I do, which is focus on a
niche and customers who already have budgets and are just
waiting for you to come along and show them something more
effective than what they are currently doing.

Many of my friend also do this. I interviewed one of them
on my radio show on January 5th, and you can download the
MP3 from that call 100% free with no opt-in at:
http://timic.org/DavidMP3 The file is actually compressed
into a .zip file for faster download.

I’ve known David, the guy in the interview, for several
years, and in fact he taught me most of what I know about
the business of selling my ecommerce know-how to local
businesses. David and I have spent countless hours
sitting on the patio of a beachfront restaurant in Destin,
Florida, brainstorming and swapping ideas. We’ve spent
even more time on the phone sharing what works best in our
market.

David has a team assembled that he outsources work to, and
I even use that same team.

You can check out what David and I both do at:
http://timic.org/local as in dealing with local businesses.

I beg you not to spend 2010 spinning your wheels, marketing
to the wrong customers when there is such a lucrative,
untapped market of local businesses that need your help,
and will pay handsomely for it.

Another reason that I enjoy working with local business
owners is that they are very proactive. You come up with a
plan, sign a contract, and then things get done. You get
them results, and if you have a monthly maintenance
contract, they pay you month after month.

Isn’t that a better model than what you are currently doing?

Don’t you owe it to yourself, and your family to at least
check it out?

Let me know what questions you have after checking out:
http://timic.org/local Although the audio at
http://timic.org/DavidMP3 will probably answer most of
them :-)

Radio Show, Local SEO Fortunes - Jan 5th, 11:30am - 12:30pm ES

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

The second hour of my radio show on Tuesday, January
5th, 2010 (2nd segment is from 11:30am - 12:30pm EST)
will feature David Preston, “The Legendary Consultant,
and we’ll be discussing providing search engine
optimization services to local offline businesses.

Many offline businesses have website that are little
more than billboards in cyberspace… on untraveled
highways.  Other businesses don’t even have websites
but should since this is one of the most cost-effective
ways to generate leads, and traffic/business to their
brick-and-mortar storefronts and offices.

In the current economic recession, businesses don’t
need to be wasting their advertising dollar on promotions
that don’t produce measurable results.  By showing them
how to properly leverage the internet via SEO, you
provide a badly needed service, and can save many businesses
that are otherwise destined to fail.

While you may be an expert on search engine optimization
you don’t need to be to provide this service. In fact,
you should not get selling your services, and trading time
for dollars. Instead, you should leverage your time by
lining up the SEO work, but then outsourcing it to
properly trained individual who will do the work for a
mere fraction of what you charge, and you pocket the
difference.

On this show, we’ll tell you exactly how to do that,
pointing out resources both David and I, as well as many
of our associates, use.

We’ll also share with you how you can set up lucrative
monthly maintenance contracts with many businesses. Again,
you outsource the work, having your team do the time
consuming, monotonous part. You focus on managing projects,
and procurring new customers.

These maintenance contracts are the real secret. They
provide you with a regular montly income that you can
count on month-after-month, and your customer stay with you
for a very long time because you deliver results!

How To Make 2010 YOUR Year

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

Hi and Happy New Year or New Year’s Eve,
depending upon what part of the world you are in.

As with many people, the end of one year, and the start
of another year, causes me to reflect upon what I’m doing
with my life, and why.

I was at my local Glazer-Kennedy Insider Circle meeting
two nights ago, and this topic came up among hard-nosed
business people… serial entrepreneurs who had started
and often built several very successful businesses over
the past several decades. Some were multi-millionaires.

It felt strange to hear them openly discussing in a
networking meeting … how to get more satisfaction out
of what you do, and how they stay pumped up, and feel
like they are contributing something worthwhile to the
world.

I had taken my personal inventory a few weeks earlier…
looking at how I use my time, the results that I’m
getting, and if I want to continue using my time the
same way.

I had to ask myself, “Am I truly happy doing what I do,
and do I want to continue doing the same thing?”

I hope that you periodically ask yourself that same
question, and answer it honestly.

When I did this deep introspection a couple weeks ago
I reached many conclusions and decisions.  I’ll share
some of them with you as they pertain to my business
life.

First of all, I acknowledged the old 80/20 rule. That
rule says that we get 80% of our results from 20% of our
activities.  Many of my mentors, and very successful
contemporaries, emphasize that we SHOULD be focusing on
that 20% of activities, and not doing the rest.

For some of us that means we need to outsource, delegate,
or somehow get others to do the less productive 80% of
activities that we do. The reason is because we simply
can never do everything on our “to do” lists, so we
need to make sure that we are doing the things that we
personally should be doing.

To me that does mean that I will be outsourcing a lot more
tasks in the coming year.

I also looked at how FOCUSED I am in my businesses
activities. Being honest with myself, I had to acknowledge
that I was involved in too many VASTLY different projects.

So, I committed to focusing on fewer projects this year,
but really, really committing to them, pushing them all
the way through to massive results.

At the Tuesday night GKIC meeting we discussed “finding
your passion” and concluded that first of all it’s
something internal (your don’t find it out there), and
secondly that you often develop it by really throwing
yourself whole-heartedly into your work.  If you hold
back, you won’t be passionate about it.

As you can tell, I get a lot our of my local Glazer-
Kennedy meetings. They are held in my area the last
Tuesday of each month, and if you live anywhere near
Pensacola, Florida, you’re invited to attend the next
one at my chapter. You just need to contact me for an
official invite… and you can attend as my guest… and
get a nice gift ;-)

Back to my inventory…

Over the years, as I looked at literally hundreds of
potential projects, I developed this habit of buying a
domain name as soon as an idea popped into my head… I
wanted to lock in that ideal domain name to make my project
easier to do.

Now, I have HUNDREDS of domain names that I just parked,
and never built anything on. So, I’m selling many of them
off to whoever offers me a reasonable price… I’m accepting
bids.   I’m listing those domains in a database, and my
website displays the domain names and the appraised fair
market values. Next to each domain name is a button that
you can click on and submit a bid to me.

When you click on the button at:
http://timic.org/domains
and submit the bid, I get it in my inbox in a few seconds,
and I’ll mull it over and get back to you shortly.

By the way, you’ll notice in future issues of my ezine,
in blog posts, in Twitter posts, etc., that most of my
links will contain my domain name “timic.org.”  I’ve
set up a url-shortening script that lets me generate links
akin to what you’d get using tinyurl.com or budurl.com or
any of dozens of other url shortening services.

I’m using a script written by my friend, and Inner Circle
member, Will Bontrager. You install this script on your OWN
site, and then when you use shortened links you are branding
yourself, you are generating search engine “link love” to
your domain, and you are not at the mercy of outside
services which DO often delete customers links… if they
get any type of complaints, etc.

You can check out the script that Will wrote at:
http://YourOwnShortURL.com

That’s actually MY domain.  Will is a member of The
Internet Marketing Inner Circle, a membership site that I
started in 2006.  He is a programmer who prefers programming
to marketing… so I offered to JV with him and market his
script.  I JV with a lot of members of The Internet
Marketing Inner Circle.

I also facilitate a lot of joint ventures among TIMIC
members. As a trained and certified JV broker, and co-founder
of The JV University, I use my knowledge to put together
projects, and involve many of our members who probably
would never create and launch a product on their own.
However, they love taking part in group projects.

I invite you to check out TIMIC. Just drop by:
http://timic.org/joinus We have a $1 trial membership, so
you can look around, say hi, and see if it’s for you.  We’re
all about helping each other succeed massively.

In fact, as I looked over my goals for 2010, one of them is
to really push more TIMIC members to strive for their full
potential. Many people need an accountability partner, or
someone to keep them on track. So, I’m going to be the
“daddy rabbit” for many of our members :-)

I will also focus on two other projects/areas in 2010…

One will be working with local offline businesses. I already
network with members of my local Chamber of Commerce, and
GKIC group, and I do get business from this networking.

I’m the Internet marketing expert in both groups, so I often
agree to help them with their marketing. I help them to use
their website to:
- Generate more lead and customers
- Build relationships and follow-up more effectively
- Actually reduce their advertising expenses by doing online
promotions that are often MORE effective than the advertising
that they are currently doing.

If you can show a local business that by working with you
they can actually spend LESS on marketing while getting
better results, it’s a no-brainer for them. They’ll happily
shift those budgeted advertising dollars to you :-)

If you’re like me, you can get them great search engine
position, and teach them to use the Internet marketing tactics
that we understand inside-out to build much more successful
businesses.

Much of what I do for them comes from this system:
http://timic.org/offline

I even use the outsourcing team at the url I just gave you
to do MOST of my work.  I find the client, map out what I
want done, and then have someone else do most of the work. I
MANAGE things and for that I get paid nicely.  I typically
set clients up on a monthly maintenance contract, so I get a
nice monthly residual income.

You can do the same :-)

Speaking of residual income, my other focus in the coming
year is also gradually building me a residual income. I’m
rapidly building my team at SendOutCards, a business that
lets you sell real, physical greeting cards over the Internet.

Call me “ambitious” but my goal is to build that business,
which I’ve actually been a part of for four year, to where
it’s paying me $40 - $50k per month.  I know people, who are
no smarter than I am, already at that level.

If you are not familiar with SendOutCards, you can check it
out at: http://WillieCrawford.com/greetingcards/

From that url, you can even send a few greeting cards at my
expense.  I want you to test out the system, and then I want
you to contact me and find out how you can become a part of
my team.

A side benefit of being on my SendOutCards team is that I’ll
put a lot of time and effort into training you on how to
actually build a business. I don’t do much one-on-one coaching
any more… but am willing to work one-on-one with SOC team
members who show me that they are serious.

As I did my “where am I and where am I headed” inventory
a few weeks ago, I was very satisfied.  I honestly believe
that EVERYTHING that I’m involved in adds real value to
people’s lives.  It isn’t just “selling the dream” it’s
teaching them how to turn their dreams into reality, and
helping struggling businesses experience major growth.

I encourage you to do a personal inventory over the next
few day.  Ask if you are truly happy with what you are doing.
If not, ask why, and look for what it would take to make
you happier.  I’m willing to bet that it will be doing
things that add real value to the lives of everyone that you
touch.

I look forward to talking with and working with you in the
coming year.

You’re Already Qualified To Consult With Offline Businesses

Friday, December 25th, 2009

If you’ve been looking for a high profit service to offer,
I’ve got just the thing for you today.

Most Internet marketers are accustomed to competing based on
price rather than on service, but that’s not necessary when
you enter the well-paid world of offline marketing.

What offline marketing really is, is offering the benefit of
your online experience to local businesses in your area that
don’t have that experience.

Really, think about it, what business doesn’t want more
customers? You do, I do, and so do people in your area. Face
it, it’s a tough economy, and these people would love to have
you help them.

What can you do? Easy. You can set up email capture forms so
that they can do follow up marketing to their existing
customers. You can do SEO services to improve their current
sites rankings, or set up a new site for them if they don’t
have one already.

You can do even do article marketing to get more traffic to
their sites, more content on their pages, establish them as
an authority on the subject locally. Instead of getting paid
$5 to write an article for an online client, it’s not unheard
of to get paid $40 or more for an offline client.

You can set up accounts for them on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
And the list goes on, use your imagination.

In other words, the same things you do already for yourself,
except you can charge for your services. Believe me, you can
get big money for your expertise.

Don’t know all those things? Then either specialize in
something you do know, or use outsourcers to do the work,
while you pocket the profits.

The trick is finding the businesses that you can help. I used
to think I would have to make phone calls or go door to door.
Not true, because …

Tim Castleman and Dennis Becker have released a new product
that shows you 2 different and powerful techniques to find
customers, and get them to call you. It’s called the “Easy
Offline Marketing System”, and you can find out more here:
http://scrnch.me/xtwxc

There’s 5 hours of video, as well as audio and transcripts,
that show you exactly what you need to do, as well as
assurance that charging $295 for a simple email capture form,
to $1795 for a simple web site setup, plus ongoing monthly
maintenance, is not only possible, it’s being done every day
in local towns like yours.

You can be the “web guy” or “web girl” in your town, and be
doing these people a big favor by bringing them in new
customers, or helping them get their old customers through
the door more frequently.

Seriously, check it out:

Outsourcing And Delegating How-To - Becoming A More Profitable Marketer

Friday, November 6th, 2009

On the night of November 5th, I hosted a webinar
on outsourcing and working with virtual assistants
featuring my friend Jeff Mills.

Jeff has released several products, including a
comprehensive course on oursourcing.

In his presentation Jeff shows you where and how
to out outsource work.

For example, Jeff points out that it’s possible to
hire a full-time worker in the Philippines for $250-
$400 per MONTH, with them putting in 40 hours per
week working on your projects. Jeff goes on to point
out that, according to the CIA Fact Book, that
pay level is above the current average income for
the country.

Jeff’s presentation lasted almost 2 hours…
all solid, actionable information, with urls
that you can go to to find people to outsource
work to, or hire VA’s.

Your online business can only be so successful,
and can only grow beyond a certain point when you
start handing off the tasks that you should no
longer be doing.

You need to learn to work ON your business instead of
IN your business.

You can listen to the recording of the webinar that
I did with Jeff at: http://budurl.com/OutsourcingHowTo

Jeff also covers how to best leverage the skills of
a good virtual assistant.

Jeff also shares 7 revenue models for using
outsourced workers. One of the simplest one was
flipping websites by buying ugly websites, having
skilled outsourced workers do a website makeover
in just a few hours, then selling that website for
a $200 - $500 profit. Do 5 of these a week and clear
$1000 per week (PROFIT) all while sitting on the
beach sipping a pina colada!

Well, you get the picture.

Watch the webinar replay here:
http://budurl.com/OutsourcingHowTo

I used the built-in speakers and microphone in my
laptop during the webinar, so don’t tell me that I
sound funny. That’s actually how I normally sound :-)

Let me know if you have any questions.
