The goal isn’t really about the money, it’s about what I can
accomplish using “the tool of money.”

How I’m doing on that goal is not as important as what makes
that goal possible for a farm kid who spent most of his youth
on government subsistence.

The thing that makes that goal possible is internet technology
combined with the way that things work.

Internet technology is what allows us to sell our goods and
services anywhere in the world… depending upon how they are
packaged.

I personally sell a LOT of electrons. I sell ebooks, MP3′s,
videos, software, etc. I sell my knowledge, and other people’s
knowledge and research (with their permission).

Do you know how “magical” that is?

A person reads about a report or MP3 that I offer which can
solve one of their problems…. They are enticed to pull out
their credit cards, enter their information in an online form,
and in a flash, the money is in my bank account, and they are
downloading their purchase.

This happens day-after-day… regardless of where I’m at, and
often without my needing to do anything further… once I use the
magic of the internet connectivity to make people aware that I
have that solution.

Frankly, you can find practically ANY knowledge on the internet
today, if you know how to search. What I and other information
marketers do, is package that information in a convenient,
easy-to-find format.

So, what I really sell is convenience, time savings, and the fact
that I have filtered through the endless pool of available
information.

So, I sell conveniently bundled electrons! Do I have you
believing that “anything is possible” yet?

I get paid for being a filter or conduit… and so can you

The fact that most brick-and-mortar businesses have to deal with
inventory and selling “real” goods, while I sell electrons,
amazes some people.

However, if you really “get it” we all sell electrons. The things
that the businesses on main street sell are composed of electrons
too.

Even those selling services… sell electrons!

If you want to get technical, and look at it at the sub-atomic
level, they are actually selling ENERGY.

Scientist have proven that, at the sub-atomic level, everything
in this universe is composed of rapidly flashing packets of
energy. So, while that main street merchant sells that energy
in one form, I sell it in another totally different form.

The biggest difference is that I don’t struggle or worry in
harnessing and routing that energy to my customers. That’s
where we get the concept of money naturally flowing to
some of us.

I know, I’m getting slightly deep here, but it’s all pure
science.

I do encourage you to explore what I’m sharing here on a deeper
level because once you “get it” then you too will live in a
world of endless resources that you can get paid just for
redirecting to others.

While both of these are great and I highly recommend
each of them, today I came across a brand new service
that really caught my attention. It’s called PaySpree
and the reason it caught my attention is that ALL its
members get paid for their sales instantly by PayPal.

Even affiliates get paid for their referred sales
instantly by PayPal.

I expect it to become quite a hit as the lure of
‘instant commissions’ played a big part in the
massive success of products such as 7DollarSecrets
and the RapidActionProfits scripts.

I’ve actually come across products for sale that are
just lists of affiliate programs that pay instant
paypal commission. And I’ve seen many threads in the
various internet marketing forums asking about where
to find instant commission affiliate programs. Now
there is an entire site and marketplace dedicated
to them.

As soon as you become a member you can start
promoting any product in the marketplace, and you
can add your own products so affiliates can promote
them for you. All commission payments are handled
automatically by PaySpree, it sounds like a winner
to me.

David read about a gathering that I was having on
Okaloosa Island, Florida, not too far from my home.
David and his lovely wife Susan drove over, and we
became great friends.

My wife (Nancy) and Susan now often disappear when
we’re speaking at internet marketing seminars. David and
I later discover that they’ve located the local purse
shop… or some local outlet mall. So, we need extra
suitcase for the journey home

Anyway, at that May 2008 gathering, David showed me his
“Local Offline Goldmine” blueprint.

I nearly fell out of my chair, and with just a slight
nudge, David shared what he was doing on the popular
Warrior Forum. That triggered a crazy thread, a webinar
co-hosted by the forum owner, and a whole SLEW of
products.

Before you knew it, everybody and his brother declared
himself a local offline marketing expert. I learned
it from David Preston first.

Since then, I’ve gone through products on the topic
ranging in price from $17 to $4997. So, I HAVE become
a local offline marketing expert myself.

I’ve literally spent over 1000 hours watching videos,
listening to audios, and reading manuals on the topic.

I’ve given local workshops in front of entire local
chambers of commerce… so I’m very familiar with
working with and consulting with local businesses.

Some of my BEST clients are now local business owners.

Any time that you have something really take off,
as this whole local offline craze did, you have tons
of pretenders surfacing, and proclaiming themselves
experts.

You have people who have NEVER actually looked a
business owner in the eyes, and try to sell them
ANYTHING, declare themselves experts, and offer to
teach you HOW to do it.

I’ve sifted through dozens of those course, and what
becomes immediately obvious is that they have NO CLUE
what they are talking about.

I even watched a well-known “internet marketing expert”
give a presentation on the topic at a seminar, and it
was glaringly obvious to me that she had NEVER actually
done what she was teaching. When audience members
started asking questions, her answers were all so
laughable. In fact, it was difficult for those of us
in the room who had actually “walked the walk” to not
snicker. We did look at each other and shake our
heads.

At the same time, I’ve also learned a lot from Maria
Gudelis on the topic. Maria knows her stuff so well
that her first client paid her $50,000… and this was
before Maria even had a website set up to showcase
her business.

That showed me how lucrative the business was and I
HAVE studied and learned a LOT from Maria. She’s
one of my inspirations

Recently, I decided to step up my game considerable.
I’m focused on building a 7-figure local offline
consulting business… something that’s actually
fairly easy to do when you follow the right blueprint.

I’m not big on “reinventing the wheel.” I prefer
finding people who are already doing what I want to
do, and learning EVERYTHING that I can from them…
and even borrowing their marketing materials.

In doing that, I went back through ALL of the courses
available out there including several of the VERY
expensive ones. I’d even call many of them “ridiculously
over-priced” and most of them… quite frankly…
SUCKED. They lacked depth, and had very little
materials that you could merely copy and start using.

ONE jumped out at me as glaringly different and it was
so inexpensive that I personally contacted the product
creators and told them that then needed to raise their
price.

I explained that if they practically gave their course
away, that people wouldn’t buy it because they wouldn’t
believe training offered so cheaply could be worthwhile.

They explained to me that their core business was
actually DOING local offline consulting. This is what
they do all day, everyday, and they earn a VERY nice
living doing it.

After several conversations, I realized that I had
struck gold. These guys were willing to share things
that they are doing right now that is making them so
much money that they really don’t need the money from
the course… and they know that the market is still
so big that they don’t mind sharing.
