			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Back in late-March I read the book &#8220;The Flinch&#8221; by<br />
Julien Smith, and it impacted me so much that I decided<br />
to actually DO a lot more of those things that I know<br />
that I need to do, but that would make most of us<br />
flinch.</p>
<p>The book reminded me that often we flinch from just<br />
imagining how bad something will be when those things<br />
often turn out to be nowhere near as bad as we imagined.</p>
<p>In the book, Julien touched upon something I actually<br />
was trained to do back in 1980, when I sold books<br />
door-to-door in Baltimore and Philadelphia, with<br />
Southwestern Publishing Company.</p>
<p>When Southwestern Publishing pulled my team (college<br />
students recruited at NCSU) into their corporate<br />
training centers, one of the things that they hammered<br />
into us was that &#8220;Successful People Do Things That<br />
Unsuccessful People Don&#8217;t Like To Do!&#8221;</p>
<p>What they failed to mention is that successful people<br />
often don&#8217;t LIKE doing them either.</p>
<p>Anyway, they taught us to start each day out with a<br />
cold shower&#8230; turning on the water, and just doing it.<br />
After a few seconds under the cold water, you quickly<br />
realize that it&#8217;s not nearly as bad as you thought it<br />
would be&#8230; and that was suppose to suggest that the<br />
inevitable rejections you would get during the day of<br />
trying to sell people your books (for several hundred<br />
dollars) wasn&#8217;t going to be really that bad either.</p>
<p>Since The Flinch reminded me of the cold shower<br />
concept, I decided to start forcing myself to be more<br />
proactive, even when it felt unnatural, by actually<br />
taking nothing but cold showers for a full month.</p>
<p>AND I ACTUALLY DID THAT&#8230; although I cheated.  </p>
<p>You see, I spent 3 weeks of that month in the Philippines<br />
where you simply didn&#8217;t have hot running water even<br />
available in the shower in many locations.</p>
<p>In fact, I stayed places where you ran a 10 gallon<br />
bucket full of water, and then you used a smaller cup<br />
or bucket to pour the water over yourself. So, you<br />
splashed some water on you to get wet, lathered up,<br />
and then poured water on yourself to rinse off. At least<br />
that was what I did&#8230; I didn&#8217;t ask for instructions <img src='http://williecrawford.com/blog2/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>As I prepared for these showers, I have to admit that<br />
I anticipated what it was going to feel like having<br />
that cold water running down my back. </p>
<p>In practically EVERY instance, it didn&#8217;t feel nearly<br />
as bad as I imagined, and in most cases, after the first<br />
fraction of a second, it actually felt nice. </p>
<p>It was a nice break from the 90 degree heat.</p>
<p>I continued the cold showers after getting back home,<br />
until I had completed the full month&#8230; then gave myself<br />
permission to enjoy warm showers again&#8230; unless I need<br />
the psychological reinforcement offered by the cold<br />
showers.  </p>
<p>After, the month of cold showers, I have now stepped up<br />
to going through a full year of doing things that I know<br />
that I need to do, but also tend to flinch when thinking<br />
about them.  </p>
<p>So, prepare to be amazed as I go through The Year Without<br />

discussed how you demonstrate to potential clients that you are<br />
actually worth six and seven-figure commissions.</p>
<p>This is a frequent topic of discussion as I interview potential<br />
clients to decide whether or not I will accept them, and<br />
orchestrate their product launchs.  </p>

commission from him, which he happily agreed to&#8230; because he knew<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since I&#8217;ve written a lot about the fact that I train joint<br />
venture brokers, I&#8217;m often asked what my training entails.</p>
<p><strong>I haven&#8217;t previously put that on a webpage because it&#8217;s<br />
not a mass-market thing.</strong>    </p>
<p>Here&#8217;s&#8230;</p>
<h2>A Snapshot Of My Joint Venture Broker Training<br />
And Certification</h2>
<p>Since 2004, I have earned a major portion of my online<br />
income from brokering joint ventures. What I basically<br />
do is go out and recruit, and motivate affiliates for<br />
other people&#8217;s product launches.</p>
<p>I also use my 16 years of internet marketing experience<br />
to review EVERYTHING about the product that I&#8217;m helping<br />
to launch including the product itself, the entire<br />
sales funnel, etc.   </p>
<p>So, my JV brokering also equates to a consultation. I<br />
do offer regular consultations, on an hourly, monthly<br />
and annual (retainer) basis.   You can read a little<br />

<p><strong>Before I take on clients as a JV broker, for consultation,<br />
or as a student, I put them through a mini-interview.</strong></p>
<p>That&#8217;s because I absolutely insist upon only working with<br />
people that I like and resonate with. <em>Life is too short to<br />
get stuck working with people (or on projects) that you<br />
don&#8217;t really care for.</em></p>
<p>I work as a joint venture broker from my cell phone and<br />
laptop as I travel the world, take several exotic cruises<br />
a year, and enjoying life.  For example, this year, I<br />
will take trips to Australia, Hawaii, the UK, Thailand,<br />
and The Philippines (two trips to the Philippines).  </p>
<p>I can afford this lifestyle because, as a joint venture<br />
broker, I get paid 10% of the gross revenue generated<br />
by all of the affiliates that I recruit for my clients. I<br />
don&#8217;t typically take on projects that I think will make<br />
less than $500,000 in sales, and I focus on projects that<br />
will make several million in sales.  So that 10% adds up.</p>
<p>At the same time, I choose to only take on a few projects<br />
per year&#8230; based upon how much I want to work.</p>
<p><strong>The reason that a joint venture broker gets paid so<br />
handsomely is that it&#8217;s generally a lot easier to create<br />
a product, and sales process, than it is to get large list<br />
owners to promote your product.</strong> The large list owners and<br />
centers-of-influence often get approached DOZENS of times<br />
per month requesting that they promote products.</p>
<p>My training teaches you how to identify, contact, and<br />
convince these large list owners, and centers-of-influence<br />
to agree to and then actually PROMOTE your clients products.</p>
<p><strong>I put my students through 60 hours of recorded training</strong><br />
(videos from live training workshops that I&#8217;ve taught and<br />
audio from tele-classes that I&#8217;ve taught).   After the 60<br />
hours of recorded training, <strong>then you are ready to begin a<br />
full YEAR of hands-on training.</strong></p>
<p><strong>For the next year, I work hand-in-hand with the apprentice<br />
joint venture broker as you help clients to flow out and<br />
then carry out product launches. </strong> </p>
<p>I work with you on as many projects as you do in that year,<br />
but YOU do the work, I don&#8217;t. If I&#8217;m going to do all of the<br />
work, then I would simply be the joint venture broker for<br />
the launch myself.</p>
<p>In my 16 years as an internet marketer, I&#8217;ve seen many more<br />
product launches fail, or succeed only marginally, than I<br />
have seen achieve major success.    Most internet marketing<br />
gurus don&#8217;t talk about their failures that often, but I&#8217;m<br />
friends with most of the old-timers, and we talk about what<br />
has and hasn&#8217;t worked among ourselves.</p>
<p>Entrepreneurs who create and launch their own products are<br />
risk-takers by nature, and they don&#8217;t realistically expect<br />
everything that they do to succeed massively.  Entrepreneurs<br />
realize that you have singles, home-runs, and that sometimes<br />
you strike out.   Entrepreneurs earn more than the average<br />
person because they are crazy enough to take the necessary,<br />
calculated risks!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve had behind-the scenes looks at literally hundreds of<br />
product launches.   I&#8217;ve gone through all of the major<br />
(and many minor) courses on product launches and brokering<br />
joint ventures (deal making) and as a result am a<br />
storehouse of practical knowledge.  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m trained as a classroom instructor, and in my military<br />
background, I trained as an instructor in a life-and-death<br />
environment.  I trained students to navigate aircraft and<br />
do airdrops in an environment where a mistake could<br />
literally kill many people&#8230; including the young<br />
paratroopers that I&#8217;ve air-dropped tens of thousands of.  </p>
<p>As a result of my experience, <strong>I understand transferring<br />
practical skills to a student, and stepping them through<br />
handling the stresses of &#8220;the heat of battle!&#8221; </strong> Make no<br />
mistake about it, when you are orchestrating a multi-<br />
million dollar (or even $300,000) product launch, and<br />
you are in the middle of the launch, and things are not<br />
going as anticipated, it&#8217;s as stressful as any battle that<br />
I&#8217;ve seen.</p>
<p>Soldiers plan things in excruciating detail, knowing that<br />
every plan changes, often drastically, in the heat of<br />
battle, and that there is a reason that they call it &#8220;the<br />
fog of war.&#8221;</p>
<p>I step my clients through this process, and often things<br />
go exactly as planned, but somethings we encounter<br />
unexpected circumstances.  </p>
<p>I work hand-in-hand with my students, as they step their<br />
clients through this process.   </p>
<p>The ability to engineer or facilitate a successful product<br />
launch is one that people don&#8217;t mind paying 10% (or more)<br />
for.  They understand that if their launch fails, 100% of<br />
nothing in NOTHING.  Many product owners also understand<br />
the concept of a 2-tier affiliate program, so they also<br />
view your JV broker&#8217;s fee as akin to a 2nd-tier commission,<br />
but as a broker, you can also often negotiate an additional<br />
upfront fee. That extra fee is akin to a consultation fee.</p>

you&#8217;ll see that small business owners who retain my services<br />
pay me $50,000 per year largely to be able to call me up<br />
from time to time (or meet with me face-to-face when they<br />
travel to where ever I am at).</p>
<p>Those who don&#8217;t anticipate needing my services for a year<br />
can call me from time to time to discuss projects for $5000<br />
per month. I charge $3000 to review an ebook or piece of<br />
software&#8230; and offer feedback on it&#8217;s feasibility during<br />
a product launch.</p>
<p>My apprentice joint venture brokers pay me a mere $10,000<br />
for me to transfer my 16 years of internet marketing and<br />
product launch knowledge to them.   I transfer that knowledge<br />
the same way that I do to students that I instruct in the<br />
martial arts. I assess where they are, and I move them as<br />
fast as they prove to me that they are ready for.  To move<br />
you faster than you are really ready for only does you a<br />
disservice.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve studied, and taught the martial arts for over 30 years,<br />
so I understand conveying knowledge and skill in a practical<br />
manner.  I have taken clumsy, fragile kids, and turned them<br />
into amazing, confident, skilled individuals. That&#8217;s also<br />
what I do with apprentice joint venture brokers.</p>
<p><strong>I am totally dedicated to your success, should you desire<br />
to become an apprentice, but that also means that I don&#8217;t<br />
want to accept you as a student unless you are really,<br />
really serious.</strong></p>
<p>When I first started karate, my instructor had only 5 regular<br />
students. It was at NC State University, and unless I&#8217;m<br />
mistaken, I was his only student who was not a graduate<br />
student or professor. </p>
<p>He had one of these students show me ONE &#8220;kata,&#8221; and then<br />
he required me to practice it for a month before deciding<br />
if I really wanted to join the dojo.  After the month, when<br />
he could see that I would be committed to the grueling 4-hour<br />
once-a-week group workouts, plus daily practice on my own, he<br />
accepted me.  <em>I&#8217;m still his student 33 years later&#8230; still<br />
VERY teachable.</em></p>
<p><strong>I&#8217;ve raised the bar as high for apprentice joint venture<br />
brokers because when a product owner comes to you, they<br />
quite literally are trusting you with the success or<br />
failure of their businesses. </strong>  I won&#8217;t put my seal of<br />
approval on anyone who isn&#8217;t totally committed to<br />
taking care of those clients&#8230; putting the client&#8217;s best<br />
interest first.</p>
<p>For the student unable, or unwilling to pay the $10,000<br />
upfront, I offer then the option of paying $997 per month,<br />
for a year.  In both cases, my recorded training, and much<br />
of my one-on-one training, and resources (such as example<br />
contracts, swipe files, case-studies) is offered via a<br />
membership site.</p>
<p>After the full year, students who wish to continue under<br />
my guidance, still pay a negotiable monthly fee.  At that<br />
point, they will be black-belt joint venture brokers, but<br />
as any experienced martial artist will tell you, reaching<br />
the black-belt level means that you&#8217;ve only demonstrated<br />
that you have what it takes for a lifetime of continuing<br />
to learn and hone your skills.</p>
<p>So there you have a snapshot of my training.  In-case<br />
you didn&#8217;t do the math, with my training, <strong>just one $300k<br />
joint venture, properly brokered, will earn you $30k. A<br />
$2 million product launch pays you $200,000.</strong> As I&#8217;m sure<br />
that you can imagine, it DOES take a lot of skill to be<br />
worth that much to a product owner. </p>
<p>People happily pay me that much for brokering joint<br />
ventures, and I get approached to broker many times more<br />
product launches than it is reasonable for me to even<br />
consider taking on.   When I say no, I&#8217;m often asked to<br />
recommend someone else.  I often recommend one of my<br />
apprentices.</p>
<p>My training and certification does also include handing<br />
you a number of pre-screened joint ventures for you to<br />
broker during the year. After the year is over, I&#8217;ll<br />
continue referring projects to you because I will know<br />
beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are capable of taking<br />
exceptional care of the client.</p>

report was going to be one that I was going to sell for<br />
$17&#8230; then I decided to just give the information away,<br />
although I have no doubt that I could have sold 3000<br />
units at the $17 price-point EASILY.  </p>

<p>Below, I reveal how I overcame my single biggest<br />
challenge as an email marketer, namely decreasing email<br />
delivery rates, and lower email response rates&#8230; lower<br />
conversions! </p>
<p>Back in 1996 when I first started, there was a tiny<br />
fraction as many email marketers, and they didn&#8217;t email<br />
nearly as often, and they didn&#8217;t send as many purely<br />
promotional emails.  <strong>Back then, you really could plan<br />
on earning $1 per subscriber, per month, in the internet<br />
marketing space.</strong></p>
<p>This report reveals how I still connect with my<br />
&#8220;subscribers&#8221; and get an incredible response rate.</p>
<p>I at one time was going to headline the WSO&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;How I Inceased My Response Rates 10,000%&#8221;</strong>  then I<br />

<p><strong>In December 2011, I decided that 2012 was going to be<br />
not only MY YEAR, but also THE Year for anyone who<br />
closely followed my teachings.</strong></p>
<p>I had already discovered that, as trite as it sounds,<br />
95% of achieving world-class success really IS mindset.  </p>
<p>So, in December 2011, I decided to simply get out of my<br />
own way, and accelerate the pace of my success to a level<br />
most people wouldn&#8217;t even dare imagine.  </p>
<p>The necessary shift in mindset was brought about by<br />
some training that I underwent, offered by <a href="http://timic.org/How/">Brian<br />
Ridgway</a>, where, if I had to condense it down, I&#8217;d say<br />
that he explains <a href="http://timic.org/How/">The Law of Attraction</a> better than<br />
anyone had previously explained it me.</p>
<p>He explained it so clearly, that it all became very<br />
scientific and 98% effortless.</p>
<p>In December 2011, I went on a CEO Mastermind Cruise<br />
with a group of millionaires, and even a billionaire<br />
or two. The  group is called, The Winners Circle.  That<br />
5-day cruise only served to reinforce what I had first<br />
learned in a free webinars that Brian still offer at:<br />

<p><strong>By the end of December, my grasp of harnessing The Law<br />
Of Attraction, understanding &#8220;how to get out of my<br />
own way&#8221; and how to attract practically anything that<br />
I wanted had become so crystal clear that I found myself<br />
going on another cruise in January 2012.</strong></p>
<p>There was a point in my life where I only dreamed of<br />
going on an exotic Caribbean cruise, and the thought of<br />
having a billionaire even acknowledge me, was<br />
&#8220;unimaginable,&#8221; but not I found myself going on back-to-back<br />
cruises, and having protracted discussions on international<br />
politics and economics one-on-one with multimillionaires<br />
and billionaires.</p>
<p>Many of these world-class, successful business owners now<br />
have MY phone number programmed into their speed dials <img src='http://williecrawford.com/blog2/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Before embarking on my second cruise, I also stepped up<br />
my habit of <strong>going for a walk early every morning.</strong>  I had<br />
discovered that some of the most brilliant minds in<br />
history had this habit.  Going for a walk in nature just<br />
seems to stimulate the creativity, and allow you to think<br />
clearer.</p>
<p>On January 1st, 2012, while out for that walk, I reflected<br />
upon the prevailing conversation on the Internet Marketing<br />
Warriors discussion forum.   The discussion on the forum<br />
with nearly 500,000 members had turned very negative.</p>
<p>The discussion all seemed to be that no one was making<br />
any real money, and nothing was really working anymore.</p>
<p>I knew that part of the problem WAS the current economy<br />
which IS unlike anything any of us have seen in our<br />
lifetimes.  Yet, I understood it 100% because it has been<br />
explained to me in a private lecture.  I could/can see not<br />
only what triggered the current situation, but where the<br />
trend is heading&#8230; so <strong>life/the world no longer feels like<br />
it&#8217;s spinning out of control to me.</strong>  </p>
<p>Everything makes perfect sense, based upon demographics<br />
and decisions that &#8220;the powers that be&#8221; have made, and how<br />
it will continue to unfold makes perfect sense.</p>
<p>Anyway, that January 1st, I did some deep thinking, and<br />
that continued on January 2nd, when it all jelled and I<br />
decided to post a CRAZY Warrior Special Offer.</p>
<p><strong>I sat down at my computer and drafted a WSO where I offered<br />
to let Warrior Forum members watch over my shoulders as<br />
I generated $100,000+ in sales in the next 30 days.</strong></p>
<p>I gave myself the constraint that I had to only use means<br />
and tools that are available to anyone.</p>
<p>I ended up using social media (which anyone is free to use)<br />
and inexpensive solo ads.  I then started keeping a diary<br />
of the things that I did.</p>
<p>For the next 30 days, I literally created a six-figure month<br />
out of thin air. <strong>I did it without really having a plan, and<br />
just let intuition guide me.</strong>  This was actually made 10 times<br />
more complicated by the fact that I WAS on the cruise for<br />
eight days in January, and traveling to and from the cruise<br />
port for another couple of days.</p>
<p>How I managed to do that, is now a product that I&#8217;m on the<br />
verge of releasing to the general public, but that&#8217;s NOT<br />
what this report is about.  <strong>The facts shared above only<br />
show how I quite literally allowed intuition to guide me,<br />
and how by just not trying to force the outcome, I created a<br />
$100k month.</strong></p>
<p><strong>My next crazy idea was to create a 7-figure month</strong>, something<br />
I had never done or attempted before.  </p>
<p>To do that, I removed the constraint that I had imposed upon<br />
myself, which was that I wouldn&#8217;t use my large database or<br />
powerful joint venture partners that I had forged relationships<br />
with during my 15 years in business online.</p>
<p>I have actually built a database of over 1.6 million subscribers,<br />
but most of them want absolutely NOTHING to do with learning<br />
how to make money. They want to learn about cooking, fitness,<br />
improving your health, personal development, pets, relationships,<br />
and few other major topics. </p>
<p>Still, I have a large enough list that generating 7-figures<br />
in a month, just from those who want to learn how to start<br />
a business, should have been a piece of cake.</p>
<p><strong>I had one MAJOR problem&#8230;  the same one faced by most email<br />
marketers.  My email deliverability and open rates SUCKED.</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s a little-known fact that many large list owners have<br />
email open rates of less than 2%, and then only a small<br />
percentage of those who open the emails are going to respond.</p>
<p><strong>Incidentally, small list owners often have the SAME problem.</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s also a well-known fact that as you do email marketing,<br />
your delivery rates often DROP over time.  Part of that is due<br />
to the fact that you will have legitimate opt-in subscribers<br />
who over time become no longer interested, and a percentage<br />
of them remove themselves from your list by clicking the<br />
&#8220;This Is Spam Button&#8221; in their email client. They find that<br />
more expedient than to click the unsubscribe links for some<br />
reason that baffled me.</p>
<p>ISP&#8217;s also score emails based upon a number of criteria<br />
including the &#8220;quality&#8221; and volume of email from any given<br />
source. Over time, I have found that my quality scores<br />
decreased, and other factors led to me simply having a huge<br />
list but disappointing delivery.</p>
<p>Every one of my peers that I&#8217;ve discussed this issue with<br />
FRANKLY, had the same problem.</p>
<p>So, I racked my brain trying to resolve this issue&#8230; without<br />
the answer immediately coming to me.</p>
<p>So, I did what my training under Brian Ridgway at<br />
<a href="http://timic.org/How/">http://timic.org/How/</a> had taught me to do.  <strong>I had truly<br />
LEARNED that you can&#8217;t force things.  You have to<br />
energetically attract the results that you want, but you<br />
do it by detaching from the outcome.</strong></p>
<p>So, in early April, I took a couple weeks vacation to perhaps<br />
my favorite country in the world&#8230; the Philippines.</p>
<p>While in the Philippines, how to detach from outcomes and<br />
force results&#8230; was reinforced even more. You see, I found<br />
myself in a beautiful beach-side village&#8230; where internet<br />
connectivity totally SUCKED <img src='http://williecrawford.com/blog2/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I had intended to relax and recoup, while putting myself back<br />
on track to have a shot at making 2012 an 8-figure year, which<br />
is my financial goal for the year.</p>
<p>I brought along three or four internet-based projects that<br />
I was sure that I could complete while sitting under a<br />
coconut tree, sipping a cool drink (non-alcoholic).</p>
<p>After a VERY frustrating week of practically no internet<br />
connection, I threw my hands up in the air, relaxed, and<br />
said a Tagalog (Filipino) Phrase&#8230; &#8220;Baha’ullah-na&#8221; which  I<br />
understand translates more literally as &#8220;God&#8217;s will be<br />
done.&#8221;   It&#8217;s what the Filipinos say when they mean &#8220;since<br />
it&#8217;s not something I can really control, why not just go with<br />
the flow.	</p>
<p><strong>As I did that, the solution came to me</strong> when a friend showed<br />
me a WordPress plug-in that sends/receives SMS text messages<br />
via a dedicated phone number.  </p>
<p>The way the plug-in works is that you simply ask people to<br />
send a text message to your number with a codeword in it. That<br />
codeword triggers a pre-composed series of messages from your<br />
plug-in, each in response to messages from the sender.</p>
<p>This tool came out of the idea that a professional platform<br />
speaker might want to ask his audience members to give him<br />
their contact details in exchange for a gift. So he gives<br />
them his phone number, and they use their smart-phones, or<br />
other devices, to send the text messages.</p>
<p>This triggers a series of back and forth messages that<br />
typically ask for things like:</p>
<p>- Name<br />
- Email address<br />
- Phone number<br />
- Niche</p>
<p>&#8230; and then rewards them with a gift.</p>
<p>The responses the audience members send are stored in the<br />
WordPress database, where they can later be downloaded.</p>
<p>You can see, and test the system that I actually use by texting<br />
the word &#8220;friends&#8221; to my phone number, which is: +19175122996</p>
<p>As I used this tool, first testing it on a few social media<br />
sites, and then using several other methods to build some very<br />
targeted contact lists, another part of the puzzle also came to me.</p>
<p>You see, as I build my email lists, and my Skype contacts,<br />
<strong>people welcome communications&#8230; IF THEY ARE ABOUT WHAT THE PERSON<br />
GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT.</strong></p>
<p>With the Skype contacts, when I asked for their niches, in some<br />
instances, I told them that I would follow-up with them on their<br />
topics of interest. I told them that I was a joint venture broker,<br />
and asked for permission to tell them about my (and my clients&#8217;)<br />
projects in their niche.</p>
<p>I also asked for permission to find out what they are working on,<br />
because often they will have projects that have a lot of potential<br />
synergy with one of my client&#8217;s projects.  </p>
<p>I might be able to dove-tail one of their projects with one of<br />
my client&#8217;s projects, and use the synergy and momentum to make<br />
a lot more sales and profits for everyone involved, while also<br />
helping out a lot of customers.</p>
<p><strong>So, I built a list of Skype contacts, first in the hundreds,<br />
and then in the thousands. </strong> </p>
<p><strong>Now, my only problem was following up with all of these contacts.</strong></p>
<p>The WordPress plug-in allowed me to download the databases<br />
that I build, and by opening them as Excel Spreadsheets, I<br />
could sort that data in various ways.</p>
<p>This made it VERY, VERY easy to generate a list of all of my<br />
Skype contacts who are in a given niche.  </p>

<p><strong>The final piece of the puzzle came to me when a Skype friend,<br />
showed me a Skype add-on software that allows you to send<br />
broadcasts to all of your Skype contacts, or to a list that you<br />
import into the software.</strong></p>
<p>The software allows you to import these Skype contacts via<br />
username or phone number.</p>
<p><strong>I wouldn&#8217;t feel very comfortable sending a message to all of<br />
my Skype contacts about anything. </strong> I suppose if I were having<br />
a party, I&#8217;d feel comfortable inviting them  all to it, but<br />
certainly not telling them all about any project that I&#8217;m<br />
working on.</p>
<p>However, I feel 100% comfortable telling all of my Skype<br />
contacts in a given niche, they I&#8217;ve already told that I&#8217;d be<br />
following up with on niche-related projects, a broadcast.</p>
<p><strong>That&#8217;s how I now use Skype to send messages to hundreds,<br />
even thousands at a time.</strong></p>
<p>Back in January 2012, when I ran my WSO, I sent out daily<br />
email updates, telling them what I was doing to earn that<br />
$100k in 30 days. That is what I sold in the WSO, 30 days of<br />
daily updates.  One problem that I encountered back then was<br />
that not everyone got all of the updates.</p>
<p>I solved the problem of everyone having access to the<br />
updates by eventually putting them inside a membership site.<br />
However, even then, email was not 100% reliable in letting<br />
them know when I added new updates to the site. That WSO<br />
started out as 30 days of updates, but grew to where I agreed<br />
to provide many months of updates as to how I was driving<br />
traffic and sales primarily using social media. After the 30<br />
days, the updates aren&#8217;t every day, but I do still post a lot<br />
of updates.</p>
<p><strong>This new Skype software meant that all I needed to do to have<br />
an ultra-reliable backup, was ask my members for their Skype<br />
ID&#8217;s.</strong> Now, when I update my site, I can send everyone who<br />
purchased the WSO (and also uses Skype and gave me their<br />
Skype ID) a note via Skype.</p>
<p>with this software, <strong>you can literally create a list for ANY<br />
purpose, to include:</p>
<p>- List of affiliates/JV partners<br />
- Club members<br />
- Family members<br />
- Classmates<br />
- MLM project downline<br />
- Coaching students</strong><br />
&#8230; the possibilities are endless.</p>
<p>For me, this plug-in gave me a way to increase my open and<br />
response rates to important notes by at least 10,000%. </p>
<p><strong>Practically all of the intended recipients receive my updates<br />
now.</strong></p>
<p>At that point, my focus turned to getting as many subscribers<br />
and contacts onto segmented Skype lists as practical.  </p>
<p>I don&#8217;t abuse this! </p>
<p>I contact these Skype lists/databases when I have a relevant<br />
message to send them. However, <strong>now I can compose ONE message<br />
and send it to hundreds, even THOUSANDS of affiliates or JV<br />
partners with the click of a button. This message can be text<br />
or audio.</strong></p>
<p>Yes, I can use placeholders to even personalize these Skype<br />
broadcasts.</p>

marketing experts ever imagined possible, I have absolutely<br />

<p>The secret was just not trying to force the solution, but to<br />
merely clearly define the problem, and then attract the<br />
solution to me.</p>
<p>That trip to the Philippines turned out to be so productive<br />
that I&#8217;m now contemplating purchasing a luxury condo in Makati,<br />
Metro Manila. This will be one of several places that I will<br />
live in as I travel the globe.   </p>
<p>I could have that condo completed, and of course outfitted<br />
with ultra-high-speed internet, and all the creature comforts<br />
that I want, before the end of 2012.  Perhaps on your next trip<br />

<p>See if you can spot the similarity.</p>
<p>What do the following three statements have in common?</p>
<p>1. I can’t do it right now, but maybe later.<br />
2. I’ve already got my mailings scheduled.<br />
3. Let me get back to you.</p>
<p>Got the similarity spotted?</p>
<p>These are all typical responses that most people get when asking<br />
partners and affiliates to promote their offers.</p>
<p>Chances are you’ve gotten answers much like these, right?</p>
<p>Don’t despair &#8230; there are ways around the barriers of<br />
reluctance and passiveness. </p>
<p>Let me share some simple ideas for getting affiliates to take<br />
action on your promotions quickly. I use the acronym “N.O.W.” to<br />
describe three ways to get others to promote you now&#8230;</p>
<p>N &#8211; News </p>
<p>In journalism, no one wants to be “scooped” when it comes to<br />
newsworthy items. Sharing some big story that another network or<br />
publication broke days ago is a big “no-no”. You always want to<br />
be first when it comes to getting the word out.</p>
<p>That same philosophy applies to what I’ve labeled “The Principle<br />
of First”. The idea is simple: being “first to market” aids in<br />
responses. Those who let their contacts know about your news<br />
promptly will generate the greatest results. If they wait,<br />
someone else will break the news.</p>
<p>So, to apply this principle, <strong>you simply need to create some<br />
newsworthy buzz that your affiliates and partners can’t pass up<br />
on sharing with their network of influence.</strong></p>
<p>**CASE STUDY**</p>
<p>Several months ago I decided that I was going to remove the<br />
archives from one of my membership sites. This announcement<br />
served as a strong motivator to get my affiliates to promote my<br />
site promptly before someone else did. The result was almost 500<br />
new members paying monthly fees!</p>
<p><strong>If you make dramatic changes to your offer, or create some other<br />
kind of “story” or “news” that warrants discussion promptly,<br />
you’ll find you can get many fence-setters active in promoting<br />
you.</strong></p>
<p>O &#8211; Occasions </p>
<p>Another great way to motivate affiliates to get active is to <strong>use<br />
“occasions” that have a real deadline involved.</strong></p>
<p>Some examples include –</p>
<p>* Product launches<br />
* Firesales<br />
* Live events (teleseminars, workshops, etc.)<br />
* Contests<br />
* Special offers<br />
* Limited quantities</p>
<p>This is what might be referred to as “The Principle Of Force”.<br />
That is, you MUST promote the offer now or miss out simply<br />
because the offer will no longer be valid. You “force”<br />
participation.</p>
<p>For example: If you have a 3-day “firesale” set for a specific<br />
date, then anyone interested in earning commissions for referring<br />
customers to the “firesale” would be “forced” to promote it<br />
during your pre-determined timeframe or they’d miss out because<br />
the event will end.</p>
<p>My recommendation is that you schedule some kind of “occasion”<br />
every quarter. That should give you four significant spikes in<br />
your revenue each year, which can be a tremendous boost to your<br />
bottom line.</p>
<p>W – Wants</p>
<p><strong>What do your partners and affiliates want? Seriously, stop and<br />
think about that for a moment. In fact, go one step further than<br />
that and ASK them a simple question&#8230;“What would it take for you<br />
to promote this offer this week?”</strong></p>
<p>Make it happen. </p>
<p>I want you to remember the intangibles here: the sales of your<br />
initial offer aren’t really all that important. (Don’t freak out,<br />
hear what I have to say <img src='http://williecrawford.com/blog2/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  It’s building a lead list, an<br />
affiliate list and a customer list along with ADDITIONAL offers<br />
over time that makes the real money.</p>
<p>Consider this –</p>
<p>Option A: </p>
<p>Miss Ima Guru ignores your request to promote your offer as it<br />
currently stands.</p>
<p>Option B:</p>
<p>Miss Ima Guru accepts your modified offer which includes giving<br />
her 100% of the revenue she generates. You make nothing off her<br />
promotion&#8230;but in the process of her promotion she adds 500 new<br />
subscribers to your list, 75 new affiliates and 60 new customers.</p>
<p>Which would you rather have?</p>
<p><strong>Whatever it takes to get people to promote your offer now, make<br />
it happen.</strong></p>
<p>*** NOTE ***</p>

should be directly proportional to the potential results the<br />
partner represents.</p>
<p>Some affiliates and partners bring more to the table and should<br />
be offered more in order to get them to participate.</p>
<p>That being said, <strong>you can get virtually any affiliate to promote<br />
you now if you make it worth their while. So, ask them, “what<br />
will it take?”</strong></p>
<p>This is what I call “The Principle Of Fear”. That is, a feeling<br />
of “This is such a compelling offer, I can’t afford to miss out<br />
on this deal.”</p>

<p>There&#8217;s no question that building an affiliate program is THE<br />
best way to get a lot of free traffic to your web site.</p>
<p>And, if you spend any amount of time at all reading through the<br />
materials here, you&#8217;ll find a lot of useful ideas for finding<br />
affiliates to grow your program.</p>
<p>But, here is an affiliate idea that will absolutely take your<br />
traffic and sales to the next level. </p>
<p>Let me give it to you in it&#8217;s abbreviated form first, and then<br />
I&#8217;ll explain everything you need to know to quickly get it<br />
implemented.</p>
<p>You ready for this? </p>
<p>Here goes&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8220;Find a motivated &#8216;affiliate manager&#8217; and pay them 50% of all<br />
your profits&#8221; </p>
<p>Now, I know what you&#8217;re thinking &#8211; why in the world would I pay<br />
someone HALF of all of my profit?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m about to explain it to you. And believe me, this is worth<br />
the read, so pay careful attention to what I&#8217;m about to explain<br />
to you.</p>
<p>This is good.</p>
<p>It works like this&#8230;</p>
<p>1. Setup a separate website to process orders. </p>
<p>To begin with, you&#8217;ll need to setup a separate website to<br />
process all of the orders that your &#8220;affiliate manager&#8221; brings in<br />
(along with all sales generated by the affiliates he recruits for<br />
you)</p>
<p>In other words, you register a new domain that is similar to the<br />
title of your existing domain, and you host that site.nt for<br />
processing all of the orders and managing your new affiliate<br />
program that your &#8220;manager&#8221; will be overseeing.</p>
<p>This is a completely separate account from your existing one.<br />
All orders generated through this account will be completely<br />
brought in by your affiliate manager and affiliates / partners he<br />
recruits.</p>
<p>Now, obviously, your affiliate manager will want to monitor<br />
sales stats to see how much profit is being generated to this<br />
Clickbank account. You&#8217;ve got two options for how you allow your<br />
affiliate manager access&#8230;</p>
<p>Get full access to the control panel. Your first option is to<br />
allow your affiliate manager complete access to the control panel<br />
at Clickbank in order to monitor stats. I highly recommend that<br />
you ONLY do this if your affiliate manager is someone you know<br />
well and find completely trustworthy. Once someone has access to<br />
your Clickbank account, they can, in effect, take control of the<br />
account. Use this option with extreme caution.</p>
<p>Give email access and screenshots. The other option is to setup<br />
a forwarding email address that sends the sales notifications<br />
from Clickbank to both of your email accounts. This will allow<br />
your affiliate manager to get notified when any sale is generated<br />
so they can verify sales and profits. Additionally, at the end of<br />
each pay period, you could take screenshots of the Clickbank<br />
control panel or scan the check you receive from Clickbank when<br />
sending your affiliate manager&#8217;s half of the profits received.em<br />
on to your affiliate manager to use with the affiliates he has<br />
recruited for the separate program.</p>
<p>Hint: Encourage him to create his own unique materials,<br />
incentives, and contests for his own affiliates as well!</p>
<p>What an incredible traffic-generation idea!</p>
<p>You get&#8230;</p>
<p>* 50% of all profits from this separate site!</p>
<p>* A growing database of affiliates!</p>
<p>* A growing opt-in list!</p>
<p>All in all, this is one of THE best ways to grow your business<br />

asking what criteria I use in deciding what affiliate<br />
products to promote.  </p>
<p>What&#8217;s not always obvious is that many of the products<br />
that I promote actually are my own products, or those<br />
of joint venture brokering clients.  </p>
<p>When I do promote other products, I am extremely picky!</p>
<p>I choose the affiliate products that I promote based<br />
upon two critical criteria, both of which MUST be in<br />
place.  </p>
<p>1) The product absolutely, positively must deliver<br />
results. My customers have to receive tremedous value<br />
from the product. It must work as advertise, and be<br />
structured so that my customer can easily gain that<br />
value.</p>
<p>2) The product must be offered via a sales process<br />
or funnel that CONVERTS.  There is absolutely no<br />
point in driving a ton of traffic to a webpage or<br />
webinar that doesn&#8217;t convert.  </p>
<p>I also like products that are available long-term. Many<br />
of my customers won&#8217;t even get around to opening an<br />
email or clicking on a link until many &#8220;flash-in-the-pan&#8221;<br />
product launches are over.   I prefer promoting products<br />
where no-matter when a link is clicked, it leads my<br />
prospect to a way to purchase a product or enter a funnel<br />
where they are tagged to give me credit for future sales!</p>

<p>When I first started internet marketing, back in 1996,<br />
I was taught to build a list, build relationships with<br />
list members, and then sell them solutions to their<br />
most-pressing problems.</p>
<p>That is an excellent business model if you actually<br />
take the time to do that, and use the proper tools so<br />
that the process doesn&#8217;t become overwhelming. </p>
<p>Most email marketers understand the process to be:</p>
<p>1) You set up an autoresponder.</p>
<p>2) You offer an ethical bribe (a gift) to get them to<br />
join your opt-in list.</p>
<p>3) You give them the gift and then follow-up via<br />
autoresponder with related information, tips, and<br />
product offers.</p>
<p>4) You post your opt-in form and offer in as many places<br />
as practical.</p>
<p>5) You sit back and collect your fortune, generating a<br />
flood of revenue any time that you want it with the mere<br />
push of a button (sending an email)!</p>
<p>MOST internet marketers discover that it&#8217;s not really<br />
that simple, when they notice that no one is responding<br />
to most of their emails. They&#8217;ve most-likely MISSED the<br />
part about actually building relationships, and providing<br />
genuine value to their readers.</p>
<p>Around 2002, when I attended my first internet marketing<br />
seminar (one that I spoke at), I learned all about joint<br />
ventures. I learned that if you work with, rather than<br />
competing against, others in your industry, everyone<br />
generally does better.</p>
<p>As I learned more and more about joint ventures, I<br />
gradually developed into a joint venture expert, and then<br />
eventually became a joint venture broker. As a JV broker,<br />
I not only made a lot more sales by working with others in<br />
my industry&#8230; I also got paid to orchestrate joint ventures<br />
for others who hadn&#8217;t completely mastered the craft.</p>
<p>Today, a major portion of my income is from coordinating<br />
joint ventures for my own projects/product launches, and<br />
for those of my clients.</p>
<p>The email marketing and the joint venture brokering<br />
became really, REALLY successful when I learned &#8220;the secret.&#8221;</p>
<p>That secret is, you actually need to focus on building fewer,<br />
deeper, real relationships!</p>
<p>You are actually (usually) much better off with a list of 1000<br />
subscribers who consistently look forward to, open, read, and<br />
respond to your emails than you are with a list of 100,000 who<br />
don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>As someone with numerous lists, in numerous niches, I have<br />
learned this lesson via &#8220;the school of hard knocks.&#8221;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not advocating that you stop growing your list. I AM<br />
advocating that you actually get to know WHO your list<br />
members  are.  Get to know what their biggest  concerns are,<br />
and what they really expect from the  relationship with you<br />
(as a subscriber).</p>
<p>The easiest way to do this is to set very specific expectations<br />
when inviting them onto your list, so that you and your<br />
subscribers understand the relationship right from the very<br />
start.</p>
<p>Later on, if you find that your list has grown unfocused,<br />
and unresponsive, you probably want to conduct a survey<br />
to find out why.  You can use many tools to do that survey,<br />
and my preferred method is via an SMS text message<br />
survey.  The reason that I like that method is that it also lets<br />
me build out my database more completely.</p>
<p>You see, when most of your subscribers joined your list, they<br />
probably only gave you an email address, and a name. Many<br />
of them probably even gave you a set of initials, a made up<br />
name, or if the name field wasn&#8217;t required&#8230; no name at all.</p>
<p>When they first joined your list, they didn&#8217;t know or trust you.<br />
Now that they do, you should ask for more data so that you<br />
can better know WHO your customers are, and how you can<br />
best serve them.</p>
<p>By getting them to complete the SMS text message survey<br />
that I use, you now get them to give you their full name,<br />
email address, niche or interests, phone number, or any<br />
other data that you ask for.</p>
<p>You can build your survey any way that you want to, asking<br />
any question that you want, using the tool that I use<br />
called &#8220;Profile Builder.&#8221;  </p>
<p>You can see the system that I use to survey my subscribers,<br />
and actually take it for a test-drive if you simply send a text<br />
message to:  850-396-0016 (that IS my actual number).  Just<br />
make the subject “Hi Willie.” </p>
<p>I use this very same system to identify and actually get to<br />
know potential joint venture partners. </p>
<p>When you are planning a product launch, it&#8217;s very tempting<br />
to want to recruit as many jv partners (affiliates) as possible.</p>
<p>That is often just a lot of wasted time and effort. </p>
<p>With joint venture partners or affiliates, the 80/20 rule<br />
applies, just as it does with so many other things in life.<br />
Only 20% of those who agree to become your joint venture<br />
partners or affiliates are going to take action, and of  those,<br />
only 20% are going to produce significant results.</p>
<p>What I&#8217;ve discover, as someone who has professionally<br />
brokered joint ventures for others since 2004, is that the<br />
top 5% of your joint venture partners often produce<br />
30 &#8211; 50% of your total results.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve also discovered that that top 5% will often be people<br />
that you actually KNOW. These will be people that you&#8217;ve<br />
taken the time to learn what really makes them tick. You<br />
know their hobbies/interests, favorite foods, favorite<br />
places, what causes they are really passionate about, what<br />
drives them to be in business in the first place!</p>
<p>I get to know people on this level by meeting them at live<br />
seminars and conferences.  There, I sit and talk to them<br />
face-to-face, and I make sure that I get all of their<br />
contact details.</p>
<p>After I get all of their contact details, I make sure that “I”<br />
follow up to continue building the relationship. You see,<br />
95% of people who attend live events, go home, toss the<br />
business cards that they collected into the back of a desk<br />
drawer, and go back to the life they had before the event.<br />
They never follow-up or take any action to continue building<br />
relationships with the nice people that they met and really<br />
liked&#8230; and honestly intended to continue building a<br />
relationship with.</p>
<p>I overcame that very natural tendency by automating parts of<br />
building real relationships. You see, what I now do is ask<br />
them to text me at my number 850-396-0016, and when they<br />
do, they are asked to give me their name, interests/niche,<br />
Skype ID, and any other information that I need to actually<br />
follow-up with them and build real, deeper relationships.</p>
<p>I have different information that I request when they text<br />
me using different &#8220;codewords.&#8221;</p>
<p>When they text me the requested data, it&#8217;s stored securely on<br />
my server in a database where I religiously download the data<br />
and add it to my appropriate relationship management system.</p>
<p>Often, I import the .csv file into my account at Send Out Cards,<br />
another relationship building tool that I have been using since<br />
2004.  Send Out Cards allows me to send real, physical greeting<br />
cards (and gifts) right over the internet. I use this system to<br />
periodically reach out to contacts AND to make sure that I never<br />
forget a birthday. The SOC system sends me a reminder of<br />
birthdays, anniversaries, etc.</p>

<p>1) Click on the link labeled &#8220;Join Now&#8221;</p>
<p>2) Click on the link labeled &#8220;Preferred Customer&#8221;</p>
<p>3) Sign up for the $31 per month plan and that will<br />
allow you to send up to 50 greeting cards per month.<br />
Postage is extra&#8230; you pay the actual postage based<br />
upon where you live and if you choose to send gifts with<br />
a given card.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t feel that you will use that many cards, you<br />
can sign up for the $10 per month plan, but if you&#8217;re<br />
seriously building your business, you should be following<br />
up like crazy, and will use the $31 worth of cards each month.<br />
They  also rollover, so there is no hurry to use them.</p>
<p>If you study the greatest salesman in the world (according<br />
to the Guinness Book of World Records), Joe Girad, who sold<br />
more cars than anyone in history, I&#8217;ve  just shared his secret<br />
with you. Joe sent his customers greeting cards on a regular<br />
basis, showing them that he actually cared about them, and this<br />
turned them into VERY loyal customers.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s really very simple, you build real relationships by showing<br />
people that you actually want to get to know them, and that you<br />
care about them. </p>
<p>They sense that you really do care, and they like you in return,<br />
and when they need what you have to sell, it&#8217;s  natural for<br />
them to want to buy from a friend.</p>
<p>When you get ready to launch a product, it&#8217;s natural for them<br />
to want to help out a real friend that they also assume would<br />
do the same for them.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s simple isn&#8217;t it?</p>
<p>Using the system that I just showed you, it&#8217;s not only<br />
INCREDIBLY effective, it&#8217;s also very inexpensive. The SMS<br />
texting that I do costs me $1 per month for the dedicated phone<br />
line, and 1 penny per message sent or received.  The data sent<br />
to me via the SMS text messages are actually stored on my site<br />
via a WordPress plug-in that I use.</p>

<p>In Part-1 of this article, I suggested to you that having<br />
a very profitable online business can be as simple as setting<br />
up a series of online stores selling your information products.</p>
<p>I also shared that you don&#8217;t even have to build your own<br />
websites, you can simple set up your stores on Ebay, Amazon.com,<br />
Facebook, and dozens of other existing marketplaces that<br />
already get millions of visitors per day.  </p>
<p>As an example, Facebook has 850 MILLION regular users from<br />
around the world, and an INSANE number of them visit Facebook<br />
EVERY day. </p>
<p>You CAN set up a complete store right within Facebook, and<br />
you can do this VERY inexpensively.</p>

shows a demonstration of a system that I personally use to<br />
set up Facebook Fanpages for myself and for clients. These<br />
fanpages can sell an unlimited number of products, with my<br />
customers browsing a catalog, adding items to the shoppingcart,<br />
and checking out (paying for their purchases), without ever<br />
having to leave Facebook.   </p>
<p><strong>Yes, Facebook has 850 million users, but they all feel safest<br />
on Facebook, and when you try to get them to leave Facebook<br />
and visit your website, they hesitate. </strong> Many won&#8217;t leave Facebook<br />
to check out your products even if they &#8220;sound like&#8221; they are<br />
just what your Facebook audience needs.  So, the recorded<br />
video above shows you how to set up a store right within<br />
Facebook. That store can be set up for free, and as you get a<br />
little “fancier,” it will cost you a few bucks, with the most<br />
expensive option being only $25 per month. Many of my friends<br />
spend more than that on coffee each week.</p>
<p>In Part-1 of this article, I showed you how to locate and<br />
use public domain content as your products.</p>
<p>However, suppose you want to sell you OWN thoughts?</p>
<p>Well, product creation can be as simple as turning on a<br />
microphone or video camera, and recording an audio or video,<br />
and then uploading these to your virtual vending machines<br />
where they can sell FOREVER!</p>
<p>My dear friend, Mike Steward (who use to be known as The<br />
Internet Audio Guy) has been teaching speakers, authors,<br />
coaches, and internet marketers how to do this for many<br />
years.</p>
<p>Mike taught me how to do this.  First he taught me how to<br />
produce a top quality product.  He taught me how to get the<br />

<p>There are numerous options when marketing information<br />
products, and 95% of information marketers that I know<br />
leave most of the money on the table.</p>
<p><strong>Mike taught me that if I can write an ebook, create a<br />
slide presentation, give a speech, or even do an interview,<br />
then I CAN have my own information product selling online.</p>
<p>Mike also taught me that I should be selling my information<br />
product online in as many different formats as possible.<br />

Some of your customers prefer reading the print version,<br />
some want to read it on their Kindles, others want to listen<br />
and learn while out walking or driving, others prefer learning<br />
by watching a video.  You can set up your online automated<br />
vending machines to offer ALL of these different versions.</p>
<p>That way, instead of having one version, producing one<br />
revenue stream, you can have five or six&#8230; from the exact<br />
same information!</p>
<p>The process is as simple as outlining the product, creating<br />
it, and then uploading it to the recommended online platforms,<br />
in any (or all) of the formats mentioned above, and then you<br />
quite literally could just sit back and collect the checks.</p>
<p>This is possible because sites like Amazon are much more<br />
than stores.<strong> Amazon is a HUGE search engine.</strong> So, people CAN<br />
find your ebooks, audios, and videos, just by searching on<br />
keywords at Amazon.com&#8230; or numerous other similar websites.<br />
I mention Amazon here because it is clearly the largest site<br />
of its type.</p>
<p>We hear people saying all the time that &#8220;the secret is working<br />
smarter, not harder!&#8221; What could be smarter than doing the<br />
work once, uploading your products to busy online marketplaces<br />
that get millions of visitors per day, setting up direct deposit,<br />
and then spending your time doing things that you really enjoy.</p>
<p>I will admit that if you want to sell a LOT more of your<br />
products, you should personally do things to make the<br />
world more aware of your products. Yes, people will find them<br />
just from doing keyword searches at places like Google and<br />
Amazon, but a lot more will find them if you do simple little<br />
things to get them noticed.</p>
<p>My friend Mike Stewart, and other mentors also taught me how<br />

<p>When I reflect upon all of the things that brilliant, successful<br />
teachers have taught me, the most valuable one is that absolutely<br />
NOTHING will happen until you take action.</p>

<p>My brilliant friend, <a href="http://WillieCrawford.com/UG8/">Yanik Silver</a>, once wrote in a<br />
newsletter that we should set up our online businesses<br />
somewhat like a vending machine route. He proposed<br />
setting up numerous &#8220;vending machines&#8221; (mini-websites)<br />
that each only had to make a few sales periodically<br />
to give us a substantial overall income.</p>
<p>Consider – if you have 200 soft drink machines scattered<br />
throughout a city, not every one of them will make even<br />
one sale every day. Yet, if you offer a product that people<br />
really want, they will collectively/cumulatively click<br />
along,  making a ton of sales, and all that you need to do<br />
is go  around periodically and restock them and collect<br />
the money.</p>
<p>The idea of setting up a LOT of websites, doing<br />
essentially the same thing, has always appealed to me,<br />
and to a lot of my friends.  </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve often written of setting up thousands of small,<br />
simple websites that each make just a few dollars per<br />
day.  In fact, that is still something that I&#8217;m working<br />
on.</p>
<p>However, technology has changed in recent years making<br />
it easier than ever to set up your own online automated<br />
vending machine route.  In fact, you can now do it<br />
without even needing to own the property where the<br />
vending machines are located&#8230; just as in the offline<br />
world.</p>
<p><strong>If your product is information (one of the easiest<br />
products to create and sell), all you really need to<br />
do is come up with a LOT of different ebooks, videos,<br />
audios, reports, DVD&#8217;s, CD&#8217;s, etc., and then offer them<br />
for sale.</p>
<p>Sites like Amazon, Ebay, and Facebook now make it not<br />
even NECESSARY to have your own websites.  You can<br />
now build your stores on those sites.</p>
<p>You can now also just stick your merchandise on the<br />
shelves in these virtual locations, have them do ALL of<br />
the selling, and have them send you a check (or make<br />
a direct deposit to your bank account) each pay period.</strong></p>
<p>The beauty of selling products from these places, in<br />
the right way, is that you don&#8217;t even need to drive<br />
around and service your machines. You just need to<br />
configure them once, add your products, and then &#8220;go<br />
fishing&#8221; knowing that they are cranking out sales, and<br />
that the commission/royalty checks are flowing into your<br />
bank account.</p>
<p>I find this amazing because what I&#8217;m really selling<br />
is nothing more than ELECTRONS.   It&#8217;s obvious when<br />
you sell a downloadable file that you can sell it<br />
over and over again, and the supply is NEVER exhausted,<br />
hence you never need to even bother restocking the<br />
machines.</p>
<p><strong>When you set up a print-on-demand account, even<br />
physically shipped products can be automated such that<br />
you upload a copy of the product to the system ONCE and<br />
never really need to touch it again.</strong></p>
<p>YES, you can do this with physical books, CD&#8217;s, DVD&#8217;s,<br />
etc.   The reasons that you might want to consider<br />
offering the physical versions as well as the downloadable<br />
versions is that the physical versions usually have a<br />
higher perceived value!</p>
<p>&#8220;All of this is well and good Willie, but I can&#8217;t create<br />
a product!&#8221; you protest.</p>
<p>Not a problem, you can simply find information that is<br />
in the public domain and package THAT into your own<br />
for-sale information products.</p>
<p>The United States Government has spent literally billions<br />
of dollars over the years creating a ton of research and<br />
information that is now &#8220;public domain.&#8221;  That means that<br />
YOU have the right to reuse that material, and to even<br />
sell it!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s public domain and YOU are the public. </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve asked two friends who are experts on the topic of<br />
locating, packaging, and reselling public domain<br />

<p>The U.S. Government has published so much information<br />
on hot topics such as health, exercise, weight loss,<br />
finances, education, raising children, overcoming<br />
addictions, consumer safety, etc., that you can quite<br />
literally research, compile and publish hundreds of your<br />
own titles.</p>
<p>In late 2011, I shared with my readers that one of my<br />
goals was to publish an average of one book a DAY for an<br />
entire year.  I was very serious about that goal.  Now, you<br />
can see why it wasn&#8217;t such a crazy goal.  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m not doing it the difficult way.  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m simply setting up a lot of simple vending machines.</p>
