New Instant Commission Marketplace For Digital Products, Services And Even Physical Products

Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

Today, I interviewed Bill Ortell and his partner Eric
on the new RAPBank mall, a digital marketplace that
you can join for free.

Affiliates can signup for free and grab and affiliate
link and start promoting products in a wide variety of
niches.

You can listen to the interview here:

During the interview we talked about how affiliates can
use the system but my bigger interest was in how merchants
can use the system since I am a prolific product creator.

I noticed the system because it provides a ready poor
of affiliates ready to promote your product. Many are
attracted by the fact that as soon as you make a sale,
you get paid an instant commission deposited directly
to your Paypal account.

One thing that came out of the discussion was that you
can not only sell digitally downloadable products via
this system, but also services (such as coaching),
memberships, and even physical products.  One merchant
has already listed his next seminar there.

This is a very powerful and versatile system that you
really should get registered for now. Registration is
free :-)

You can register for the system, RAPBank at
http://timic.org/RAPBank

We also spent some time talking about the Rapid
Action Profits system itself, the script that RAPBank
partially derives it’s name from. You can check out RAP,
a system that I use and love, at: http://timic.org/RAP

Feel free to point this interview out to your friends.

Thanks,
Willie

What Smart LOCAL Business Owners Are Saying About The Video Product I Showed You…

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Steve Clark is the Independent Business Advisor who honchos the
local Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle chapter. We meet the
last Tuesday of each month in Navarre, Florida. If you need an
invite just let me know… here:
http://WillieCrawford.com/helpdesk/

Steve runs a business where he coaches/trains sales people and
local business owners. His clients are SERIOUS serial
entrepreneurs. Steve’s site is at: http://NewSchoolSelling.com

Steve is a consumate tester and really understands marketing. So
when I saw his email on Jason Anderson’s new, very limited
membership site, offering custom studio quality videos, I
thought that I’d better remind you to get on the waiting
list.

Jason really can only handle about 500 members because his staff
will make each video from scratch, for each member. So, don’t
drag you feet on this one… PLEASE!

Here’s Steve’s email which will kick up some dust. I’ve plugged
in a tracking url so that Steve can tell I’m talking about him.
Hopefully, he’ll buy me lunch :-)

Hi Willie,

Here is a quick heads up about something I just found out
about….

Video has really been getting a lot of buzz lately, hasn’t it?

If you’re not using video in your marketing campaigns…you’re
simply not maximizing your options, conversions, or sales and
you ARE missing the boat.

Even though you “can” make your own videos, I’d be willing
to bet that you’re not doing as many as you would like to.
I know I’m not….

It’s time consuming. It can be complicated too. In fact,
I’ve produced many of my own videos but they never quite turn
out exactly the way I would like. I mean, they just don’t have
that pizzaz that can get from a professional videographer.
Yeah…I know it’s something I can learn, but frankly, it’s
just not my strength and not something I have a lot of time to
commit to.

Well…take a look at what I just discovered:

http://timic.org/Steve

iFlash Video produces 100% CUSTOM video productions with voice
over and for a very limited time, they are opening a private
members area for people like you and I to get studio quality
promotional videos for crazy cheap…I’m talking under 50
bucks.

These are the SAME quality video productions that regular
“brick and mortar” businesses pay thousands of dollars to
have produced…and that’s certainly not hype. In fact, iFlash
Video currently works with Ad Agencies and Independent business
consultants on a Private Label basis. These agencies outsource
the video production tasks to iFlash Video and then presents
these video commercials to businesses who pay them anywhere from
$800-$2500 for the commercial.

But that’s a whole different story in itself. I just wanted
you to know that they are the real deal when it comes to video
production. Take a look at what they’re putting together.
Once you see this video, I’ll be willing to bet that you’ll
be on the waiting list just like I am.

http://timic.org/Steve

Like I said, I’ve done tons of videos on my own but never any
with this kind of quality and attention to detail.

I can’t wait for this to open up. I recommend that you check
this out and get on the waiting list too. When they open up
their private membership it will only be open for 4 days
starting Feb 16th…after all they are custom crafting all of
these video productions from scratch. They can literally only
take on so many clients.

http://timic.org/Steve

Steve Clark

P.S. These guys are opening up their doors to their private
members area on Feb 16th. Thousands of people are being
invited but they are only accepting a few hundred people. I
highly recommend you get on this waiting list. It will do
wonders for your business.

From Number 160 In Google To Number 36 (Out of 150 MILLION) In 10 Days…

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

10 days ago, I decided that I wanted to brand myself
more as an Internet Marketing Consultant rather than
the type of Internet marketer many of us think of when
we hear that term

Basically, I’m dramatically shifting my focus from
the “how to make money” crowd, to consulting with
local offline businesses.

I’ve written about that a lot lately… how it’s
just smarter to go with where the money is. Local
offline businesses understand that they have to
spend on promoting in order to grow their businesses.
They budget for it, and see not spending money on
advertising a business as the quickest way to be OUT
OF BUSINESS.

With my shift in focus, I’m not abandoning the
serious students of online marketing who wants to know
what I’ve learned over the past 13 years… much of
it through “the school of hard knocks.” I’m just
asking them to allow me to guide them in a group
setting by becoming part of The Internet Marketing
Inner Circle
.

I spend several HOURS many day at the member-only
discussion forum inside TIMIC… brainstorming on
the forum, but also answering DOZENS of private
messages. My members bounce a LOT of ideas off of
me. I’ll continue to do that because I enjoy watching
people succeed… especially if I feel like I had a
part in it.

Anyway, in preparation for marketing my services to
offline businesses, I thought that it would be neat
to get in the top 10 at Google for the term
“Internet Marketing Consultant” without the quotes.

If you Google that term, you get about 150 MILLION
results, so showing a client that you’re in the top
10 WOULD be impressive.

When I first checked 10 days ago, I was at 160…
hardly impressive, though still pretty high up
percentage-wise.

So what I did was make just a few changes to my home
page’s title and description meta-tags, and then
increased the number of external, high PageRank sites
pointing to me, with many of them using the term
Internet Marketing Consultant as the anchor text.

That’s literally ALL that I did to go from number 160
to number 36. It dances around a little but has
steadily crept up over the past 10 day.

Here’s the tool that I used to get lots of backlinks
almost effortlessly ==>> http://timic.org/backlinking

I’m sharing what I’m doing with you because I’m
dedicated to helping you succeed. So when I find
something that works amazingly well, I’ll point it
out to you. I’m not worried about competition because
many of my clients actually come from referrals, and
me networking at local Chamber of Commerce meeting,
and other gatherings of local business people

Here’s the blueprint that I use in servicing my local
client, to include where/how I outsource much of the
actual work ==>> http://timic.org/blueprint

I actually don’t work very hard anymore. Instead I
just work smarter. I don’t want to create a JOB for
myself, I want to create a lifestyle… and I’m well
on my way :-)

Anyway, check out what I’m doing, and watch me
continue to gradually move up in the rankings :-)

Also ask yourself, if you could go to local offline
customers, and achieve the same kind of search engine
results that I just showed you, do you think that they
would happily be your client, on a monthly maintenance
contract for many YEARS :-)

Isn’t it time that you actually started working smarter,
not harder?

Please Read - How To Actually Make 2010 Very Different From 2009

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Late last year, I examined all of the activities that I was
involved in online and decided to make a drastic change. Now,
I want you to benefit from the change that I made.

I decided that, after 13 year in Internet marketing, I no longer
wanted to market your typical “Internet marketing products.”
Many of these products Do work, don’t get me wrong, but most
people who buy them never stick with one thing long enough to
see any meaningful results. They’re constantly chasing the
next shiny thing.

I guess I became somewhat disillusioned because it felt too much
like I was “selling the dream.”

At the same time, with 13 years of personal Internet marketing
experience, plus the endless hours I’ve spent brainstorming with
mentors and peers, I felt that it would be a waste to not pass
that knowledge on.

Back in 2006, I started a membership site, which I named “The
Internet Marketing Inner Circle
.” I’ve decided to focus ALL of
my teaching of Internet marketing inside that site, mostly on
our very popular member-only discussion forum.

In fact, in December, I proposed a number of group project to
our members where we jointly produce a product, jointly
market the product, and rotate sales among project participants.
Not all of our members are great sales people, but they have
other talents that contribute just as much to the success of a
project. Not all of our members are comfortable creating or
launching a product on their own… hence I offered to help
orchestrate numerous group projects.

This is actually moving forward nicely, and I’m sure will add a
lot of joy and satisfaction to my year. It gives my Internet
marketing more meaning and purpose than promoting affiliate
product that people aren’t going to use. Inside The Internet
Marketing Inner Circle, we hold each other accountable, and push
each other to not procrastinate, but to get projects finished,
and to get products onto the market.

With many of these projects, we’ll rotate sales, with instant
Paypal payments to project participants. There’s nothing like
getting those Paypal notifications to pump you up.

Anyway, that’s part of my thrust for 2010, and I do want you to
be a part of it. You can get a trial membership in TIMIC for
only $1. That will allow you to look around, say hi to other
members and see what we’re all about. After the trail period
there is a nominal monthly membership fee. Our members
consider their memberships WELL worth it.

To join us right now, just visit http://timic.org

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and the link to the $1 trial
is the last link on the page.

———————

My other major change in 2010 and beyond is in WHO my
primary market is. If you’ve been online for more than six
months, you have all of the knowledge and skills necessary
to easily earn a six-figure income.

One of the things that my mentors taught me was to go to where
the money is. That is, offer your goods and services to people
who want them, can afford them, and are willing to pay for
them.

Most Internet marketers don’t follow that formula.

I do, and let me tell you how…

Over the past year and a half, I’ve spent more time networking
with local area business people. I’m an active member of the
Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. I’m also very active
in the local Glazer-Kennedy Insider Circle chapter. So, active
that at one recent meeting 90% of the invited guests were
people that I had invited :-)

Here’s why that is important…

Local business people in my area, and in your area, are
suffering. The recession has hit many of them hard, and they
are looking for more effective way to drive business through t
their doors. The thing is, tactics and techniques that you, as
an Internet marketer largely take for granted can make a huge
difference in their businesses.

Something as simple as adding a lead capture form on their
website, or adding the proper long-tail keyword to the title
and description metatags on their webpages, can easily triple
the business generated from the internet for them.

Some of these businesses spend $5000 or more per month on
just yellow page advertising. They don’t even know if it’s
working, but it’s a part of their budgeted operating cost.

The sad thing is that these businesses buy that yellow
page ad for the year, and if it doesn’t work (provided they
even know how to track results) there’s no way for them to
change the ad. You point out to them they can easily test
and track their online results, and change things as often
as they need to.

You and I can step in and get them to just shift some of the
funds that they already have budgeted to us, and we do the
things that we already do day-in and day-out to actually
help them improve their businesses.

However, my model is not for me to go out and get a bunch of
web design and SEO work, and then go back to my office and
“knock out” those jobs.

NO, I define what needs doing, get a signed contract that
includes ongoing monthly maintenance, and then I outsource
the actual labor to people who are better at it than I am.
I pay them maybe half of what I collect and I keep the
difference… and I do this month after month.

Can you see how easy this can be and how even the rank
beginner can do it?

If you wanted to, you could even hire commissioned
sales people (that you only pay when they produce results)
to go out and find customers for you. I don’t do that
because as I’ve already pointed out, I spend a lot of time
networking with my ideal customers anyway.

I’m inviting you to do what I do, which is focus on a
niche and customers who already have budgets and are just
waiting for you to come along and show them something more
effective than what they are currently doing.

Many of my friend also do this. I interviewed one of them
on my radio show on January 5th, and you can download the
MP3 from that call 100% free with no opt-in at:
http://timic.org/DavidMP3 The file is actually compressed
into a .zip file for faster download.

I’ve known David, the guy in the interview, for several
years, and in fact he taught me most of what I know about
the business of selling my ecommerce know-how to local
businesses. David and I have spent countless hours
sitting on the patio of a beachfront restaurant in Destin,
Florida, brainstorming and swapping ideas. We’ve spent
even more time on the phone sharing what works best in our
market.

David has a team assembled that he outsources work to, and
I even use that same team.

You can check out what David and I both do at:
http://timic.org/local as in dealing with local businesses.

I beg you not to spend 2010 spinning your wheels, marketing
to the wrong customers when there is such a lucrative,
untapped market of local businesses that need your help,
and will pay handsomely for it.

Another reason that I enjoy working with local business
owners is that they are very proactive. You come up with a
plan, sign a contract, and then things get done. You get
them results, and if you have a monthly maintenance
contract, they pay you month after month.

Isn’t that a better model than what you are currently doing?

Don’t you owe it to yourself, and your family to at least
check it out?

Let me know what questions you have after checking out:
http://timic.org/local Although the audio at
http://timic.org/DavidMP3 will probably answer most of
them :-)

Find Your Accountability Partner Inside The Inner Circle

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

Right now, one of the things that I’m  nudging Internet
Marketing Inner Circle
member to do is find  accountability
partners… from within our membership.

I’d like to invite YOU to check us out and join a group
of serious, caring online business people who realize
that we can get a lot more DONE if we work together with
other honest, ethical, serious business people.

You can get a trial membership in TIMIC for only $1.
Just visit http://TIMIC.ORG The last button at the
bottom of the page is to the $1 trial.

Why do we all need accountability partners anyway?

It’s just that… if we work for some company, and  have a
boss looking over our shoulder, someone pushes us to get
things DONE!

We get performance feedback reports, etc.

As solo entrepreneurs, we can take as long as we want to
get things done… and often end up never even getting
started.

Giving another person permission to PUSH us, and ask us
about progress on a project, is a very powerful tool.

Our accountability partners don’t have to be as forceful
as mine is… I’ve been in mastermind groups where we just
checked in once a week… and that moved every one forward,
but now I prefer telling someone that I’ll get something
DONE by a certain date, and having them push me to get it
done by that date.

We’re still free to end the relationship at any time, but
I’ve found this such a powerful tool… and before it
started we defined the ground rules. I gave them permission
to push me as necessary.

Come join my brain-trust, and find your accountability
partner at http://TIMIC.ORG

Outsourcing And Delegating How-To - Becoming A More Profitable Marketer

Friday, November 6th, 2009

On the night of November 5th, I hosted a webinar
on outsourcing and working with virtual assistants
featuring my friend Jeff Mills.

Jeff has released several products, including a
comprehensive course on oursourcing.

In his presentation Jeff shows you where and how
to out outsource work.

For example, Jeff points out that it’s possible to
hire a full-time worker in the Philippines for $250-
$400 per MONTH, with them putting in 40 hours per
week working on your projects. Jeff goes on to point
out that, according to the CIA Fact Book, that
pay level is above the current average income for
the country.

Jeff’s presentation lasted almost 2 hours…
all solid, actionable information, with urls
that you can go to to find people to outsource
work to, or hire VA’s.

Your online business can only be so successful,
and can only grow beyond a certain point when you
start handing off the tasks that you should no
longer be doing.

You need to learn to work ON your business instead of
IN your business.

You can listen to the recording of the webinar that
I did with Jeff at: http://budurl.com/OutsourcingHowTo

Jeff also covers how to best leverage the skills of
a good virtual assistant.

Jeff also shares 7 revenue models for using
outsourced workers. One of the simplest one was
flipping websites by buying ugly websites, having
skilled outsourced workers do a website makeover
in just a few hours, then selling that website for
a $200 - $500 profit. Do 5 of these a week and clear
$1000 per week (PROFIT) all while sitting on the
beach sipping a pina colada!

Well, you get the picture.

Watch the webinar replay here:
http://budurl.com/OutsourcingHowTo

I used the built-in speakers and microphone in my
laptop during the webinar, so don’t tell me that I
sound funny. That’s actually how I normally sound :-)

Let me know if you have any questions.

If You Can’t Make Money With This You’re One VERY Unlucky Person

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

In this free PDF ebook, where I don’t even ask for an
opt-in, my friend Ron Douglas and I share how I easily
earn $1500 per week, without SELLING anything.

I do that by doing something that you can be doing 5 minutes
after you read the free ebook, without a product, without an
email list… even without a website.

It’s something that there is a very high probability that
you’re already doing… you’re just not getting paid for it.

Grab that PDF now, free (from this direct download link)
http://budurl.com/AnyoneCanDoThis

By the way, if you don’t know who my friend, fellow Warrior
Ron Douglas is:

- He has had the #1 selling ebook in it’s category on
clickbank for 6 years straight!

- He has built a mailing list of 265,000+ primarily just
by sticking an opt-in form on his high-traffic website.

- His ebook was recently published by Simon & Schuster
and did $3.7 million in sales since July 7th of this year,]
quickly becoming a Ny Times Best Seller

- He has commercials running all the time on the Home
Shopping Network promoting his book

- He’s frequently on major networks news programs where he
does interviews. Just ONE telephone interview that he did
brought him in approximately 50,000 new subscribers in mere
days.

In addition to talking about the system that I use to earn
over $1500 per week (without selling), Ron and I also
discuss Launching And Running A High Retention Continuity
Program, something that he is a master at.

We also share with you 7 knock-your-sock-off criteria
for creating the perfect internet business.

If you read this free PDF and can’t do this, and make
money from doing it, then you probably are so unlucky
that there’s a very high probability of your being struck
by a meteor very soon.

Grab this PDF now, read it, implement it, and buy yourself
or your family something REALLY nice for Christmas;

How To Operate A Profitable Membership Site - Part 2

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

How To Operate A Profitable Membership Site - Part 2
Copyright 2009 by Willie Crawford

In part 1 of this article, we looked at how you hold a membership
site together by creating a sense of community, and encouraging
member-generated content. Now let’s look at a few more secrets
to operating highly-profitable, low-maintenance membership sites.

1) Keep the membership affordable so that members don’t really
“feel the bite.” If a membership costs only $20, members who
don’t get the opportunity to visit for months will probably
remain. We all get busy at times, and go off into our own little
corners of cyberspace. If that same membership was say $47 or
$97, then members are much more likely to question the wisdom of
those payments each month.

Look at your operating expenses and your income goals, and base
your membership fees largely upon that but don’t drive members
off needlessly.

2) Allow members to promote their products and services to each
other. Since members of your community are likely to need the
goods offered by other members, why not allow them to make this
fact public.

In my membership sites, I actually set up a section on the forum
just for members to advertise. I’ve seen other sites turn this
into a profit center by charging members to run a special offer.

One danger of this is that every now and then you will get members
selling worthless products. However, the communities often
police themselves, and a “snake in the grass” is usually quickly
pointed out. This may be where a moderator, or you as the site
owner, may need to step in. You may even need a ban certain
members. If you need to do that to protect the community, then
don’t hesitate to do it.

3) A big key to a successful community is reliable software, where
all of the features work properly, and keeps the site secure. If
members have trouble accessing certain features, or the site is
frequently down, they’ll quickly go off into other corners of
cyberspace - canceling their membership shortly thereafter.

4) If your membership site is large or resource intensive, you’ll
likely need a dedicated server. If you’re on a shared server, and
your site is continuously using so many server resources, your
host is likely to notice and ask you to leave. Even if your host
doesn’t, you’re likely to slow your site and other sites to a
crawl or cause repeated server crashes. Your members will be
discouraged by this and not stick around.

5) The moderators, and you as the site owner, DO need to visit
the site frequently. This is especially true if you, or one of
the stronger personality moderators, is largely why certain
members joined. You are THE part of the community that they
want to learn from, so you may have to make more frequent
visits. That is actually a balancing act. You need to
structure your membership site so that it’s not so dependent
upon you that you can do little else.

6) A final tip I’ll offer is that you should periodically
give your members free bonuses that weren’t previously
announced. You can also encourage other members to do this.
Those valuable freebies can often keep members hanging around
much longer. Many of these free gifts may also be just what
they need to accomplish some special project.

All of the tips I’ve given you on operating a successful
membership site come from personal experience. I’ve
not only operated numerous membership sites, I’ve been
a moderator on many huge membership sites too. I’ve seen
behind-the-scenes what it takes to keep membership sites
thriving.
