The usual way to advertise your business is by putting your ads
in front of your market. Sometimes you can do this for free,such
as by optimizing your content for the search engines. Sometimes
you pay for these ads, as is the case with pay per click
marketing.

implementing your own viral marketing campaign…

1. Post a link bait post on your blog.

Link bait content refers to any content that’s so controversial,
humorous, offensive, entertaining, useful or otherwise engaging
and unique that your readers just have to pass it along to
others. That means that they’ll post your link on their own
blogs, on niche forums, on Facebook and elsewhere.

2. Create a “share worthy” report.

Instead of posting content on your blog, you can release it via
a report (PDF document). That way, people can share it directly
by email. However, sometimes it’s a good idea to give people an
incentive to share your report. Which brings us to the next
point…

3. Create a rebrandable ebook.

By “rebrandable,” I mean that you allow other people to change
some of the links to their links. That way, you can use your free
ebook to promote your products, while allowing other people to
rebrand the book with their affiliate links. End result: Everyone
has an incentive to pass your ebook to others!

Tip:You can let your readers rebrand the books themselves by
using a tool like ViralPDF.com.

4. Post a share-worthy video on YouTube.com.

What do I mean by share-worthy? Just check YouTube.com to see
what’s popular in yourniche. Videos of cute babies and animals
are always big hits, as are extremely motivational stories or
unusual talents. However, these may not apply to your niche, so
you’ll need to browse around to see what your prospects are
currently interested in watching.

5. Give away software or other useful tools.

You don’t need to create information products –you can also
create tools. For example, offer a free WordPress theme. You
benefit by including your link at the bottom of every theme.
That’s a goodadvertisement, but you also get the benefit of
plenty of back links.

6. Create an anticipation-building, curiosity arousing product
launch.

That’s right, a product launch can go viral – if you do it
right. The trick is to turn it into an event that’s surrounded by
alot of mystery. That way, you’ll get people talking about it on
forums, on Facebook.com and elsewhere.

7. Create a contest.

Indeed, if you create a contest that’s built on referring
others, then your contest will go viral naturally.

complies with the Sherman Anti Trust Act and provides you with
the remedies to terminate a licensee for selling your product

Master Rights License Agreement

If you are selling Master Rights to your product then this
agreement is for you. The purchaser of a Master Rights License
is licensed to sell the product (Royalty Free) and also licensed
to sell a Reprint Rights License to others to sell the product
(Royalty Free). A Master Rights License DOES NOT give the
purchaser of the license the right to sell Master Rights
Licenses. The agreement complies with the Sherman Anti Trust Act

Universal Rights License Agreement
(Without the right to sell Universal Rights)

If you are selling Universal Rights to your product then this
agreement is for you. This is what many people call a Master
Rights License. It has also been called a Master Master Rights
License. This license allows the licensee to sell Master Rights
to a product. A variation of this license allows the licensee to
resell Universal Rights. It is virtually impossible to control
what happens to your product when you sell a Universal License
because of the extreme viral effect created. We have included a
Universal Rights Agreement with and without the right to resell
Universal Rights in our package. However, the enforceability of
this Agreement is problematic because of the loss of control.

Universal Rights License Agreement
(With the right to sell Universal Rights)

If you are selling Universal Rights with the right to sell
Universal Rights to your product then this agreement is for you.
This is what many people call a Master Rights License. It has
also been called a Master Master Rights License. This variation
of the Universal Rights license allows the licensee to resell
Universal Rights. It is virtually impossible to control what
happens to your product when you sell a Universal License
because of the extreme viral effect created. We have included a
Universal Rights Agreement with and without the right to resell

The Guillotine
(Summary Termination Letter)

If you want to make sure that your actions cannot be claimed
later on to be coercion or agreement to fix prices, then you
must use what we call the Guillotine (Summary Termination)
procedure we provide you with in this package. Any other
contacts with the offending licensee, puts you at risk for a
later claim of coercion or agreement. So follow our procedure
exactly and to the letter.

The Cease & Desist Letter

When you discover someone violating your copyright, the first
formal action you should take is to write them a cease & desist
letter. This letter will put the infringer on notice of your
discovery of the violation, and let the infringer know that you
assert ownership over the property. Cease & Desist Letters
should be sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested.

The Take Down Letter

The “Take Down Notice” will require (in accordance with the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act DMCA) an Online Service
Provider (OSP) to remove from its network the material described
by you as infringing on your copyright.

The Federal Copyright Complaint

Many offenders will comply after being served with a cease and
desist order. Most will comply during the Take Down procedure,
and very few will file a counter notification that will require
the filing of this lawsuit.

But, for those very few that file a counter notification, we’ve
provided you with the hammer to nail the coffin shut.

This is a pdf form and needs to be filled in by hand. Simply
highlight the fields in red and fill them in with your own
information.

This form MUST be printed, signed and filed. BE SURE TO PRINT
THE FORM IN BLACK AND WHITE, so the red fields do not stay red
on the printed form.

Not being a lawyer, I’m not sure what all of those
requirements are. So this is NOT legal advice and should not
be taken as such UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I do know that as you become more successful, people will
pay closer attention to what you are doing, and that they
are MUCH more likely to file lawsuits against you.

Certain legal documents on your website, when properly
worded, and executed, do offer some protection.

For example, if you operate an affiliate program, you should
specify the terms of your affiliate program somewhere.

You need a terms of use that basically says that if they
use your website, they agree to abide by your terms, and if
legal proceedings ever do result, they will (among other
things) be conducted in YOUR locale.

If you collect any kind of data, you need a privacy policy
stating how you handle and protect that data, and what you
can and can’t do with it.

Again, I’m not offering ANY legal advice. If you need that
you should consult with a competent legal advisor.

I do have legal documents on many of my sites that were
drafted by an attorney, and he wrote them specifically for me
and my /my company’s circumstances.

Most attorneys will tell you that you really need to have an
attorney go over your legal documents to make sure that you
are protect because each person’s situation is different.

At the same time, attorneys often reference some common
database of legal documents/forms as a starting point for
drafting legal documents. They don’t generally start from
scratch, and many of them DO have common verbiage.

Many online marketers don’t want to spend thousands having
some attorney draft their legal documents. They look for
shortcuts and often just copy legal documents from others’
websites and modify them.

Most of those legal documents AREN’T the property of the
webmaster displaying them. Lawyers typically LICENSE the
documents they write to webmasters/business owners. Therefore,
copying those documents violate intellectual property rights
and can get you in trouble.

Some lawyers do use unique phrases in their work so that they
can use a site like Copyscape, and search for unauthorized
users of their intellectual property. When they discover this,
they DO often sue.

Attorney Mike Young recognizes that many people don’t want to
pay to have simple forms drafted, so he created software that
generates many of the more common forms. I do use some of
these software generated forms (with minor modifications) on
