When I look at websites that aren’t making a lot of
sales, ONE element stands out as being a common
flaw in many of them. That element is simply
Not Enough Testimonials.
Some pages have NO testimonials.
Even if you’re starting out with a PLR product, you
should be able to get a few testimonials on the page
within a day or so.
The easiest way to do it get testimonials for a new
product is simply to offer review copies on a popular
forum such as Warrior Forum or TIMIC, and ask those
offering positive feedback if you can use it as a
testimonial.
Don’t ignore the negative feedback though. That may
point out something you need to FIX in the product.
You can also automate collecting testimonials. To do
that, just have your second or third autoresponder
sent to a new customer ASK for a testimonial.
The first autoresponder should tell them how to
download the product, or contain a backup download
link.
You may wonder how many testimonials you need. I’ve
been taught that you can’t have too many testimonials.
I believe it. I’ve done sales pages that were 95%
testimonials, and they worked amazingly well.
So, start adding more testimonials today! Without
them your web copy is VERY weak
