When I look at the difference between the massively
successful online marketers, and those still flailing,
many things jump out at me that seem less obvious to
most.
The first thing that I notice is that those who succeed
are not only NOT more intelligent than those who don’t,
but that they often seem “simpler.”
The second things that I notice is that those who succeed
often don’t do anything revolutionary.
I was listening to a recording last week of a guy who is
on-target to earn nearly $4 million per year from ONE
simple ebook. It’s a very simple ebook sold via affiliates,
plus some of his own promotions. This guy flailed for 2
years before finally figuring it out.
What this guy figured out was that “the basics work.”
That points me to the biggest problem that I’ve notice in
those still struggling…
They take a look at the basics and it looks too simple…
or too simplistic for someone with their intelligence.
So they look for something more complicated.
Let me let you in on a secret…
The things that I do are very basic!
Nothing that I do is complicated, although when you look
at my system from the outside it can seem that way.
What does make me “different” is that life (and the military)
beat into me an ability to just let go and stop fighting
things.
I learned to observe that “the process” had worked for
countless others before me. Therefore, if I did the same
thing that they did, then it should work for me too.
I learned that I’m not really unique 
Once you reach that realization, you see how simple life
really is… to include “internet marketing.”
You just watch what those who have achieved what you
want to accomplish have done, and you copy them.
Better yet, you let one who’s blazed the trail “sponsor
you.”
In the military, and on many of life’s journeys, the
secret is just to stop arguing long enough to listen to
and take simple instructions from a sponsor.
