Over the past 2 years, I’ve gradually orchestrated my
online communications to where 95% of discussions are
now routed through my helpdesk.
After noticing how REALLY unreliable emails was, I started
using a helpdesk in 2007. I tried and fell in love with
the software at http://ThreePillarsHelpDesk.com
I so loved the software so much that I bought the company!
I guess I got the idea from watching the old Remington
razor commercials where Victor Kiam says he liked the razor
so much that he bought the company.
If you haven’t discovered the helpdesk that I and tons of
very busy marketers, like Allen Says of the famed Warrior
Forum, rely heavily upon, you absolutely MUST check out:
http://ThreePillarsHelpDesk.com
What I have notice is that using a helpdesk freed up so
much time that I became more active on forums, social
networking site, etc… and all of these sites allow
people to communicate there.
People began asking me for interviews, contributions to
ebooks, joint ventures, etc., on the forums, on Facebook,
and on Twitter.
The problem is that I don’t visit any forum other than
the one at http://TIMIC.ORG everyday. The threads at
Twitter also scroll incredibly fast.
So, what I’ve noticed is that I’ve MISSED a lot of
communications, simply because they scroll past so fast!
So, if you have requested anything from me recently, and
I didn’t respond, it’s not because I’m ignoring you. It’s
probably because I didn’t see it… or because I’m
researching the answer.
In any event, if I OWE YOU a response, and you didn’t get
it, please bring it to my attention where it’s impossible
for me to miss it. Please post it to my helpdesk, using
the category “Personal For Willie.”
I’m the only one who sees tickets in that category, and
they patiently wait there until I answer them.
