My ezine published earlier today…
Today’s ezine is slightly different in that it’s
more of a heart-to-heart talk about what you’re
ultimately trying to accomplish (and how to
get there faster and easier).
I really don’t know what that is for you, but for
me, it’s to help as many people as practical
build sustainable online businesses, and at the
same time position myself for a very comfortable
retirement.
We internet marketers often say it’s about
lifestyle, and for me it is. You see, I gave
up much of my freedom while I served over 20
years in the U.S. Air Force. I freely made
that decision, but after going through it, I now
appreciate the freedom to do anything that I
want, more than ever.
I am looking forward to retirement, although
I may work for another 10 or so years, because
I do enjoy what I do. In order to retire, I
need a “nest egg” that will take care of me and
my family.
We all read in the newspapers about the rich
and famous, who after many year end up broke. We
are often shocked. Sports stars, actors,
people that we knew had millions… who ended up
BROKE.
Those people either were ripped off by those
around them, made bad decisions, or simply didn’t
understand a few basic principals that I’m going
to cover briefly here… and I’ll point out 2-3
resources here that should be useful.
We’ll look at what the rich know that you don’t…
and how they behave differently from the average
person.
One of the first things that I noticed about the
rich is that they live off the interest from their
capital rather than the principal. They make
wise investments, and don’t spend the principal.
The principal continues to grow and is passed from
generation to generation, or even eventually given
away to some worthy cause.
They also minimize taxes, often growing their
money inside investments that get preferential
tax treatment. This makes them wealthier much
faster! I won’t get into that here, but may
touch upon it in a future issue.
They know where to get the absolute best ROI. Many
of us know about those same things, but ignore
them.
As an example, many banks today are paying 2-3%
interest. However, many of my wealth friend… and
I, routinely get 16-50% interests.
Those banks paying you 2-3% also routinely get
16-50% returns.
Here’s the perfectly legal AND safe way that those
rates are obtained: http://timic.org/secret
Read that webpage above very carefully. It’s a
complete education in something that’s been
going on for well over 100 years… yet I’m willing
to bet that neither your banker, nor other advisors
have told you about it.
I could point out half-a-dozen similar gold mines,
although this is the best one that I’ve discovered.
It was actually pointed out to me back in 1981 by
a business law profession at N.C. State University.
I didn’t really appreciate it then. Now I do,
and am harnessing its incredible power.
I’m just offering some food for deep thought
today.
Let’s fall back though, to where YOU are today.
You’re building an online business, and if you’re
like most internet marketers you’re struggling.
You’re struggling for two major reasons:
1) You don’t have the cashflow that you need to
build a proper business. You’re trying to bootstrap.
That’s how thousands of successful marketers have
built businesses that provide six-figure incomes.
That’s certainly nothing to sneeze at.
The thing is “cashflow is king” and that’s what’s
strangling many of those that I watch trying to
build an online business.
That problem is so easy to solve that it’s not
even funny. Here’s the solution to that problem:
http://timic.org/CashFlow
Grab the free report there and you’ll intuitively
see the logic in what it teaches, and you’ll also
see that that’s how “REAL” businesses manage to
not only survive but thrive.
2) You try to do everything yourself. You don’t
get all of the things that MUST be done in your
business accomplished because you are a
one-man-show. You can’t do that. You need to
outsource those things that you should not be doing.
Every major business that I’ve studied, and even
the military units I’ve been in, did this. They
sometimes called it sub-contracting. It’s so easy,
and can be a huge leverage-point in your business.
In a future issue of this ezine, I’ll tell you
exactly how I’m doing that. I’m evolving into a
real CEO, and moving away from doing those things
that are within my comfort zone but won’t get me
to the 8-figure income that I aspire to.
By-the-way, I don’t aspire to 8-figures because I’m
greedy. That’s my short-term goal because it will
allow me to help out people and causes that I care
about. It will allow me to make a difference in the
world. In the end, that’s what matters a LOT to me.
I’ll end today’s issue right here because I want you
to check out the two resources that I shared with you
right away. It’s something that you can spend the
weekend taking action on.
Notice that I didn’t say thinking about or dreaming
about. Only taking action will make a difference.
I’ve just shared with you several things that the
rich know (and act upon) that you may have even
already known about. If so, I just brought them
into clearer focus, so that hopefully you will harness
their power.
I’ll chat with you later.
