I’m currently sitting at JV Alert Orlando, listening to my
friend Bob “The Teacher” Jenkins present on how he does
teleseminars.
The biggest reason that I’m at JV Alert (my second live
seminar in as many weekends), is not for the speakers…
although I learn from most of them, it’s for the networking.
I’ve probably chatted with, had meals with, taken photos
with, or stood around in the hallway talking with 70% of the
people in the room.
The first night that we were here, my friend Ross Goldberg
hosted a nice little networking party. The hot wings were
excellent. The fresh fruit was even better. Many also
seemed to enjoy the booze… I just enjoyed the company and
the NETWORKING
The reason that I’d leave my nice comfortable home office,
and travel to seminars, and live off hotel food, numerous
weekends each year… is that it pays handsomely.
You see, I work as a Joint Venture Broker.
As a Joint Venture Broker, I get paid up to $20,000 as an
up-front fee, plus up to 20% commission on all sales made
by all affiliates that I recruit for product owners
launching a product. My fees aren’t always that high… it
depends upon the product and how much WORK I have to actually
do.
My secret is that I only agree to broker joint ventures for
products that I’m 100% convinced will be huge successes
I completely stack the deck in my favor. I see absolutely
no reason to take on projects that aren’t virtually
guaranteed winners. why would I?
Why would you?
There are so many brilliant people launching great
products, who need our help, that you can literally choose
which winners you want to broker the launch of.
The thing is… YOU CAN be a joint venture broker too.

Consider… you broker a joint venture that sells $1
million in product, and you get paid $20,000 up-front, plus
10% on all of the sale made by affiliates that you recruited.
That could easily add up to over $100,000… from brokering
ONE joint venture.
You COULD realistically do one of these large JV’s a month,
although that could be fairly tiring. So you may just want
to broker half as many JV’s … taking vacations in-between.
